Kick back, relax, and spin some records in the central living area, or set up at the desk in the back bedroom, ideal for remote work or schooling (high-speed WiFi is provided). The Urban Ranch champions sustainability with its eco-sustainable landscape, rainwater catchment, and greywater systems. So close to the restaurants downtown and the hikes in Sabino Canyon, you can return to this beautifully landscaped yard in a quiet neighborhood and enjoy a peaceful evening.

The ranch is also within a mile of the city's incredible 131-mile bike loop, running along the city's Rillito River path. Being less than four miles from the University of Arizona makes this home excellent for visiting your students.
