  • Make yourself at home at this brand new, dog-friendly home conveniently located in a quiet and established east side neighborhood! This bright and sunny home is spacious yet cozy and nicely appointed to welcome your family and friends alike. Ample living space features warm vinyl-wood planks and an open floor plan. The wide-open kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances and flows seamlessly into the living room, so the chef won't miss out on the action while whipping up a meal. If you're planning a longer stay, the double pantry is big enough for plenty of food storage. The living room features all new couches and a 62' flatscreen TV, and each of the four bedrooms has a brand new bed as well. In the main bedroom, you'll find a comfortable bed, a 31' flatscreen TV, and en suite bathroom. The bunk room also has a 31' flatscreen TV for endless entertainment! Step outside to the backyard, which offers a beautiful, sparkling pool and an extra-long covered porch for evenings of grilling. For added peace of mind, if you're traveling with children, the pool is enclosed in a brand new safety fence as well.

Host was welcoming and was nice they checked in on us when arriving via text. House not as much, as we pulled in there was weeds growing in the rocks in both front and back yards. House was nice a spacious with the rooms being good size as well! The furniture was nice and the pictures on line looked nice. But we fill the house wasn't very clean. The air flow vent filter wasn't changed for a long time. Filter was black and dust build up was on the outer frame and falling to the ground. There was hair on the shower walls in guest bathroom and the towels in both bathroom had stains on them. We didn't use the pool or even use the back yard but i feel the pictures make this home look a lot nicer than in person. But wasn't a horrible stay either. Home was located in a older neighbor hood in Tucson but was nice and quiet with no problems and the house was in a nice location for shopping, dining and more.

Clean, quiet, pet-friendly, Mountain View. Suggest more saucepans in kitchen for cooking meals. A few more cleaning products and dish towels would also be helpful. Great stay.

We didn't have Internet for 6 days of our stay. We were promised refunds for the inconvenience and they never came. The floors were filthy. I was also promised a refund I never received. The bathroom in the master bedroom has a leak.

House is comfortable with great Mountain View’s and shopping, and parks are close. We didn’t get to use the pool as to cold in October/Nov to swim. Super quiet neighborhood. I would rent the house again just because there is a lot of space. It would have been nice to see a few board games to play in the evening but we settled for tv or playing on our tablets.

Spacious Simple House

The house is very spacious with privacy for bedrooms. Everything is clean, though pretty sparsely/simply decorated if that matters to anyone. Two complaints: - There is a fan over the top bunk. My kid almost put his head into it climbing up (the fan was on when we arrived). The bed needs to be moved or the fan removed. - You need to notify them 72-hours before arriving to have the pool heated. This was not in the listing description when I booked so we were unable to use the pool. My kids were VERY disappointed. I mean, this is a big reason we picked this house! The listing has since been updated after I complained to Vacasa. Location is reasonable and very quiet.

Think Twice

The inside of the house was admittedly very clean. But that is the only thing positive I can say. The furniture inside/outside is very stained and needs to be cleaned or replaced. The grill is DISGUSTING. The TVs in the bedrooms wouldnt connect to the Wifi, although the option was there. The sliding back door does not lock! We had to put a stick in the groove to feel safe. Now the most disturbing part for me was OUTSIDE. The backyard was completely over grown with weeds. I sent pictures to Vacasa and asked when someone could come out to clean the yard. They got back to me the next day and told me they are not contracted for landscaping. I asked them who should i contact. They wouldn't tell me. I asked them who to contact to clean the pool. I received a snarky remark and they asked for pictures of the dirty pool. As if they didn't believe me. I sent the pictures. At least they sent someone to clean the pool. But the pool needs maintenance. The bottom of the pool is peeling and looks ugly. Its VERY uninviting. My family and I got up at 5am to pull the weeds since its summertime in AZ. We had no choice since we received no help or suggestions from anyone with a solution that we rented from. Lo and behold, there was a small beehive under the wicker patio table. BE CAREFUL with that. We carefully moved the table to the side of the house. I still cannot believe no one was stung. The neighbors stare at you & we were quiet guests. Very disappointing. I do not suggest.

Great Stay with POOL.

We couldn't plan a trip to the desert with OUT a pool. This place was great. Go do the touristy things then come back and swim in the pool.

Great stay.

We had a good time the only thing I found was that is advertised as heated pool and the heater wasn’t on so the water was kind of chilly I’ll look forward to rent again when I go back to Tucson if the heater works because at nights the water gets cold, beautiful views.

Beautiful view

The property was clean and newly renovated. Outdoor back view of the mountains was stunning. It was too cold for us to use the pool or outdoor space, but it looked inviting. Kitchen is adequately equipped, and we appreciate that the Owner accommodated our requests for certain kitchen needs to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family! Overall good stay.
