No Cats Allowed! No Gatherings of any kind.

The home is spacious and is comfortable for guests to enjoy different parts of the house, read below for the details!



We allow 2 dogs up to 70LBS each. Please add your dog to the reservation for a fee. By bringing a pet onto the property you are agreeing to pick up after them and pay the pet fees.

Guests are only minutes from restaurants, hiking trails, and grocery shopping and sight seeing! You can ride your bike, uber, or easily drive.



Other Things to Note:

Please note you are in the desert, there is wildlife, bugs and sometimes dust storms! The views are amazing, we ask you leave the doors closed whether you are inside or outside to leave the critters out.



The pool is serviced weekly and there is a trash service every Sunday night that will bring the trash to the curb and back!



No USPS mail allowed unless delivered to the front door. Amazon packages, FedEx and UPS can be delivered to the front door.
