Great Townhome/Close to everything
We chose this condo because of the two bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms and an upper loft with a wonderfully comfortable sofa and nice office desk and chair to work from. Both of us were working part time and husband had loft and I could spread out in the dining room if necessary. Nice to have good working internet service. A nice bonus was the garage which would only fit a small car. We used the garage to store our bicycles, golf clubs, walking carts, dog buggy, and bike rack.
The kitchen is well-equipped. We had guests for five nights and they found the second bed to be so comfortable and well-furnished with a dresser and bedside tables with lamps. They had their own bathroom which was great for them. The dining room table seats six very comfortably. Living room wonderfully comfortable seating and plenty of room for four – five people to sit. Large TV had ROKU, but we like to watch local stations, so we bought a cheap antenna off Amazon for $18.00 and we could get many stations.
There is plenty of light in the whole condo and it gets AM sun in the kitchen and afternoon sun in the dining and living room. Nice drapes in both dining and living room you can use to minimize the sun and darken the rooms. There are nice blinds in all the rooms upstairs. Recommend emptying your suitcases downstairs and then carrying your stuff up the stairs unless you have light luggage. The other nice feature of this condo is the large size washer/dryer located off kitchen and these were a godsend.
