Bella casa in stile hacienda con tutti i comfort moderni, tra cui una piscina privata, internet, camino esterno e grill. Splendida vista sulle montagne Catalina e Tucson. Completa privacy su un acro di terra alla fine di un vicolo cieco in un quartiere molto sicuro. Comodo per golf di livello mondiale, tennis USTA, cucina raffinata, spa, massaggi, equitazione e favolose escursioni. Guarda più specie di uccelli che illuminano gli alberi e i cactus direttamente dal delizioso portico ombreggiato.

3 camere da letto, 2 bagni. Master ha un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato completamente ristrutturato. Lenzuola e asciugamani nuovissimi in tutto. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale. 3a camera da letto ha 2 letti gemelli extra lunghi nuovissimi che si convertono in re.

Grande cucina a pianta aperta con zona pranzo. Nuovissimo fornello a gas, pentole e padelle nuovissimi e tutto il necessario per preparare un pasto da buongustai o mangiare casualmente.

Vita all'aperto al suo meglio. Ampio portico ombreggiato circonda la casa e offre riparo dal sole estivo. I nuovissimi mobili da esterno offrono molte opzioni per mangiare all'aperto, rilassarsi a bordo piscina o condividere cocktail con la famiglia e gli amici.

Televisione e WiFi forniti.

UofA e divertenti ristoranti del centro di Tucson sono a soli 20 minuti di distanza. I negozi e i ristoranti di lusso della Oro Valley si trovano a meno di 1,6 km a nord.

Back in Tucson

. The location was great,close to everything we needed. The house offered everything four over 70 adults could need; as stated TV was not great but hubby ordered an antenna and we were able to watch the girls NCAA final four. The “ steep” driveway offered a bit of a challenge to we walkers but asphalt trail a few blocks away was great. Overall a wonderful desert experience

UofA Graduation 2023 Weekend

Beautiful house and amazing location. Online pics do not do this place justice. We had a great long weekend celebrating our nieces UofA 2023 Graduation. The outdoor patio and barbeque were outstanding! The beds were great, and the house was beautifully decorated in a western style. Thank-you for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful place!

As my husband and I are horticulturists we especially appreciated the wonderful landscaping. Also being birders it was fun to just sit on the patio and see what showed up! The house had everything we needed and we had a wonderful Tuscon experience!

Encore in Perfect Place

This is our second stay at Casas Adobes. That tells the whole story. Beautiful house in quiet neighborhood. Close to great hiking trails. Immaculately maintained. Kitchen with all the essentials. At least five outdoor seating areas. Excellent host.

Gem Show Stay At Casa Mocha

We stayed at Casa Mocha for much of the 2023 Tucson Gem Show. What a great house and grounds! Very private. We were joined by some family for a couple of days and there was more than enough space for everyone. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores not too far away. We would definitely return!

Wonderful Christmas full of family meals, sunsets and hot tub time...

We loved our stay. We hosted our family in this wonderful family home. If you enjoy spectacular sunsets in the rocking chairs in the Sonoran Dessert this is the place. Amazing views, a great hot tub, and the spacious and well-appointed wrap-around porch was perfect for our in-door outdoor Christmas Dinner with our family. We only wished for a better TV and stronger WIFI. It was football season and we are a technology-using family so the weak WIFI was frustrating with no cable TV. We could not watch TV. But in the summer this would not be an issue. Otherwise, this home is stylish and perfect. Location, location, the location we loved! So much to do (trails) and places near to eat! (yum)

Tucson Oasis

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this Tucson oasis. Our son graduated from U of A and this home was perfect for our family. The outdoor living space is perfect for a BBQ and pool time. This is not a typical neighborhood in that your closest neighbor is well out of view affording your own desert oasis filled with wildlife, beautiful mountain views and amazing sunsets. The home is very clean and well stocked. I wish we would have found this home before our son’s Senior year. Would have loved to stay here for every visit to Tucson.

Slice of Heaven in The Catalina Foothills

This was a great vacation for us celebrating our retirements; we stayed for a month and struggled to leave! Perfect location, beautiful home with wonderful views, privacy and landscaping. The backyard is gorgeous with incredible pool and new outside kitchen. Inside the home has great furnishings and anything you could need for cooking/entertaining. Owners friendly and helpful with activities/highlights of the area. Can’t give enough stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great time in the HOT desert!

My husband and I were out to visit a friend living in the Tucson area. Casa Adobes offered us the perfect place to hang out and catch up. The pool was much appreciated and the kitchen had everything we needed for making dinners. But the best part was the landscaping and the wildlife (prairie dogs, road runners, quail, and paloma) Would stay here again!

Beautiful oasis

We loved this house and property and would return on a future visit. The wide porches and pool were wonderful for escaping the summer heat. The views of the mountains were lovely and the birdwatching and nature around the property were just what we were looking for. The house was clean, comfortable, and cool. Communication with the host was easy. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome views front and back!

Wonderful Desert Get Away

Great place to stay in the Tucson area. The house is clean and well-equipped. The yard is like a slice of a botanical garden. The pool is a nice addition for hot days. The shopping centers/restaurants in the area are fairly new and good. Overall, a great place to stay

We LOVED our stay at this wonderful home!!!!!

Lovely home in a nice area of homes on small acreage. The home sits up on a small hill which we loved. We were so comfortable and felt very safe. Very quiet, nice views of the mountains and city lights. Everything was well organized and lots of spices, and condiments which was nice. All the cooking utensils you would ever need. The covered huge porches were great outdoor shaded areas. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat the next time I'm in the Tucson area. The nice outdoor pool was a bonus. The home was also larger then we expected. Nothing but positive things to say. A real gem.

Old but Comfortable

The master bath lacked a lot. Since there was no picture of it, I suspected it was not good. It was very small and not very clean when we got there. The floor of the shower was made with pebbles and it was very uncomfortable to walk on. It hurt my feet. There was no cable tv. Since we were there for a month, we wanted tv. We finally signed up for You Tube TV so we could watch our programs. We were having problems with our sinuses after arriving. It turns out that the air filter had not been changed in a very long time and was completely filled with dirt and dust. After my husband changed the filter, it did get better. The wi- fi was so slow that certain electronics we had did not work properly. The heater was so noisy that you had to get used to it before you could sleep through it. But overall we were comfortable there. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen lacked for nothing. We had a wonderful month in Tucson!

First time Tucson

Totally enjoyed stay at Casa Mocha, pictures did not do it justice. Enjoyed the sunsets on front porch ,took several great hikes. Good quite neighborhood . If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the areas varied activities this is the place.

Great house, view and location!

Perfect place in Oro Valley to get to mountain biking. The house was super comfy and well-equipped. Love love love sitting on the front porch watching the sunset over the mountains.
