Arizona Guesthouse Midtown w private patio & yard

Large detached Guesthouse (converted art studio w roll up door) with shared and private yard areas. Private firepit & cabana style patio & grill. Brightly lit rooms, high ceilings & french doors for a cozy relaxing retreat. Just min from TMC (Tucson Medical Center) & 8 min from Banner UMC & University of AZ. Formerly an art studio with large roll up door, bold design & lots of flare.

Guesthouse has parking on the left side of the driveway and on the quiet neighborhood street.

Friendly dogs welcome, cats need permission with agreement.

Free Washer/dryer avl. Go through the rusty metal fence, past the main house and through the courtyard to the guesthouse. Enter into the sitting / dining room with two lazy boy recliners, lots of reading and games provided. Small cafe style table and chairs, brightly lit room with high ceilings and french doors. Through the doors to the Rustic kitchen, with most everything you need. Then swing left into the spacious bedroom area. Lots of drawer space, a small clothing rack, and Smart TV. Shared washer and dryer in courtyard area is free to use.

We like to know who you are when you rent so tell us a little about yourself and what brings you to stay in our studio.

Coffee & tea provided for a few days stay. Washer and Dryer available in the utility room near the carport is shared with the front house and hours are 8 am to 8 pm.
Cleaning supplies and Vacuum are also in there.

Mountain and desert activities for hiking, skiing, shopping etc

Please note there are outdoor cameras on the property for everyone's protection. Tampering with them is not allowed and will result in terminating agreement.

Key box with code for flex check in (provided 2 days before check in).

We do not allow parties and absolutely no smoking in our home. NO SMOKING INSIDE.

We prefer to wash our own towels so please call us if staying longer than a week and need an exchange of towels

Great stay

The guesthouse was so comfortable with everything needed to enjoy the stay. It was quiet the entire time. The hosts are fantastic. Very responsive and so helpful. Would definitely recommend this guesthouse.

Delightful Accommodations

Lovely guest house. Cute space with refreshing A/C units. The bed was very comfortable. Not sure how large the water heater was. It could have been larger. All in all, the stay was very pleasant. Thank you!

a great place for a couple

This place had everything we were looking for. As a couple that knew Tucson and had an agenda, we needed a basic place centrally located and easy to get in/get out. This was a really great place for all of that. Our host was responsive and accommodating. Oh and a super quiet neighborhood was much appreciated. Definitely coming back.

Garden District Gem

The cottage was perfect for my 3 day retreat, very clean, quiet, great locataion with restaurants,Trader Joe's, Whole Foods,Frys all within minutes if you decided to cook the host had everything needed. The private patio was a plus to enjoy after exploring Tuscon. I would definitely stay again.

Guest house Garden District

The property was quiet and private. It suited my needs. I had to leave a day early due to my father's health condition. The only negatives, albeit minor, were that I found the air conditioning units were loud. And, it would have been a plus if the yard had been raked of debris. My young dogs still get into everything! Thank you for the stay.

Awesome guesthouse to stay in!!

This rental was the perfect little spot and getaway! I was only in Tucson for a couple days and this little guesthouse was such a nice place to relax and unwind. The owners were super friendly and were quick to respond the couple times I had questions. Off street parking was nice and the neighborhood was very quiet. The check in and check out process was super easy and all instructions were clear on checking out and anything else needing to be done before leaving (which wasn’t a lot, mainly making sure lights were shut off and whatnot).

Beautiful Neighborhood

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Robin’s place. The vrbo was comfortable—well equipped kitchen, plenty of thick towels, comfy bed, portable heaters. There was a nice patio where we could enjoy the sun and fresh air. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

Our Stay

the casita was comfortable for us. The yard worked well for our 2 dogs. We were curious why the listing stated there was a bed in the sitting room. We did not find a bed there when we arrived. There were two recliner chairs and a small dining table. We had hoped to have a family member stay with us in the casita but there was nowhere for her to sleep. She made other sleeping arrangements, so it worked out okay.

Cozy Guest House

My husband and I enjoyed our brief two-night stay. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable throughout our visit. The guest house is very cozy, clean, and pleasant. I especially liked the seating area separated by French doors from the kitchenette and bedroom area. Great for enjoying morning coffee. It’s great to be able to buy breakfast items from a nearby grocery store and use the fridge and coffeemaker. We did get a bit lost following my phone directions initially. However, Robin immediately answered my call and helped us get to the rental. Google Maps accurately led us subsequently. We’d be happy to book again and recommend this rental to others.

Wonderful little house!

Thoughtfully laid out, very well presented house. The hosts were amazing - super friendly and helpful! It's in a very quiet neighborhood and we never once had any concerns with staying there. Will happily book this property again any time we're in Tucson

Wonderful!

Nicely located close to everything we wanted to do!! Sadly we were only there for a weekend and didn't get to use the washer and dryer but found them nicely tucked away!! Parking was a bit tight, but we have a big truck otherwise it is perfect!! We fit so pretty much any other vehicle will fit!! I am already planning our return trip!!! Thank you so much Robin!!!!
