Luxy House

This is an outdoor space with the main house (But there are separate spaces in the pictures)


Cool features
There is a remote that moves the bed up like a taco if you choose, its great for movies on the 70" TV with the Bluetooth surround sound
Tablet that controls the lights (bed, tv, desk, kitchen)
Bidet in the bathroom
Toilet motion light, never turn on a light again for that late night trip
The space
The Luxy House is equipped with color-changing lights that you can easily be customized with the wall-mounted tablet.
Resort-like backyard with yard games and ambient lighting

Natural light through the day, and mood lighting at night.

Desk/monitor setup for mobile work

Water filtration system to get rid of the gross Arizona water taste
Guest access
The entrance is at the back of the property, from the alleyway through the metal gate. Park anywhere on the gravel and can fit a few cars

They need to do some maintenance.We chose this home because they don’t allow pets or children. Liked the security of our car!!

There was a harsh chemical smell for the first day and half The shower is kind of dirty some of the pans still had oil in them i had to wash some cups and the coffee pot did not work. The comforter is different the fridge is small

Cute guest house with everything you need plus some fun extras. The adjustable bed was awesome! It was very clean, quiet and close to the university. We would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed here to go watch the Colorado Buffaloes beat the Arizona Wildcats!! It was a super easy walk to the stadium! The host was very accommodating, allowing us to park prior to check in. This house was cozy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed a fire out back to end our great day!!

Loved this property! Super cute for 2 people and super close to walk to U of A campus and Safeway if you don’t rent a car. The outside space is very cute but be aware you are sharing it with the front house. We knew the people who rented the front house so it was great to share the space with them!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Ryan was a very responsive host. The space was so peaceful and comfortable. Beautifully decorated with comfort features like an adjustable bed frame and lighting options. It’s a great location with lots of restaurant options within walking distance. We’ll be back when we return to Tucson!
