Peaceful Luxury Condo on Ground Floor -Ventana Canyon Area Catalina Foothills

Walk into our condo and experience a sense of serenity and calm. This private first floor condo is located in the beautiful Catalina Foothills in a luxury condominium complex. Enjoy mountain views and a feeling of seclusion and privacy. The screened in patio functions like another room and is perfect for relaxation and entertaining. It is private with mountain views.
This condo has upgrades that include large windows, stainless steel appliances and all hard surface floors. The living room includes a flat-screen SMART TV with XFinity, built-in sound system and high-speed wireless internet. The kitchen has a water filtration system.
The master bedroom features antique French doors to the screened in porch, mountain views, a king size bed, a walk-in closet, and an in-suite master bath with a walk-in tile shower.
The second bedroom also has a large walk-in closet and a queen bed. The kitchen is equipped with upgraded kitchenware. Washer & dryer and cleaning supplies are included.
The complex offers two heated swimming pools, a fitness center, lighted tennis court and gated access to the Ventana Canyon trail. Hike on the trail steps from your door or relax and enjoy the sun by the heated pool. Shopping and dining (including a grocery store)are close by and the famous Loews Ventana Canyon resort is right next door. Take a stroll and enjoy dinner, cocktails or their Sunday brunch, voted the best in Tucson. Golfers will enjoy the Tom Fazio designed golf courses next door, as well as the many other courses located throughout Tucson.

The condo also features keyless entry with your own private code.

This is a beautifully decorated condo in a great location. The vibe is quiet and peaceful, plus a red cardinal visited just outside the patio each morning! The host was attentive and personable. I would definitely stay here again.

What an outstanding stay! Lisa, the host, was communicative, hospitable, and flexible. I was here for family medical concerns, and she and the condo made it so much better. The condo location is ideal and close to the pool. Beautiful inside, and the bed was superb. Everything was as shown. Thank you, Lisa!

A Ventana Beauty

Clean, bright, spacious, well equipped and in a lovely complex with a pool, hot tub and an assigned covered parking spot. Pool towels, full size washer/dryer and comfortable patio were an added plus.

Great Stay

Our second time staying here. The condo is great and the amenities are perfect - 24 hour fitness center, pools, hot tubs, pickleball court and private, direct access to a great hiking trail. Couldn’t be better!

Lovely Tucson Condo

Clean, comfortable condo in a quiet setting near the base of the Catalina foothills. The location is close to great hiking near the Sabino Canyon Rec area, as well as local restaurants and shopping. The unit was well stocked with kitchen basics and paper products. My husband and I stayed for a month and plan to return next year. Great screened in patio that is very private offering wonderful views of the mountains. We even saw several Javelinas from the patio. Loews Ventana Resort is right nearby and an easy walk for lunch or dinner.

A little paradise

This was the perfekt condo for us! Everything was clean, we had a nice little Patio, where we could enjoy our meals. The heated Pool was just one block away and you didnot smell the chlorine. The only thing, we missed the parasols, because the sun was very hot. Special thanks to owner Lisa, who provided us with a lot of food and also water and coffee. Our best time in Arizona 🌵🤗

This Place is Awesome!

Our stay at Ventana Canyon Condos was delightful! The property backs up to the Catalina Mtns, with a trail leading into Ventana Canyon. The property and neighborhood were very quiet. The condo was everything we hoped for, and more. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The living areas were clean and comfortable. And it's always nice to have the laundry in the condo. Our host was helpful when we needed help and left us to ourselves when we didn't. We would definitely stay here again! 5 STARS!!
