Perfect Desert Escape

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Filled with art from around the world, this house is the perfect place to relax and recharge. Lots of activities available via Green Valley Recreation Center membership is available for free with a 3 month booking. Pools, gyms, pickle ball, golf, plus lots of clubs - camera, computer, glass, clay, jewlery making and many more. A plus 55 community, at least one guest must be 55 or over.
This is a two bedroom end unit house. It has a large living room/ dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances. My favorite is the Instapot. There is also an outdoor table with good views and a kitchen table. The second bedroom has a murphy bed which easily folds up into the wall. There is a one car garage, a washer and dryer.
Guest access
The entire house is available for your use. Entry from the garage and front door is one step. There are no steps in the rest of the house.
Other things to note
There is a 30 day minimum for the high season. A 90 stay is a discounted price and includes free GVR membership.
Bedrooms: Both bedrooms have queen size beds. The rear facing bedroom has a murphy bed and the room can be used as an office.Both rooms have television with local channels and Netflix and Apple TV.
Kitchen: Equipped with blender, coffeemaker, instantpot, ice cream maker, immersion blender and mixer.
Outdoor: Table and chairs, fountain and nice views.
