Autentico ranch del 1945 splendidamente aggiornato su 3 acri vicino al Tanque Verde Wash, con spazio per i tuoi cavalli.
Perfetto per una vacanza tranquilla con un sacco di spazio per godersi la vita all'aria aperta. Situato sul lato est di Tucson, è vicino a fantastiche escursioni in bicicletta, trekking, equitazione, o puoi goderti l'ascolto degli uccelli proprio nel patio.
La casa dispone di due camere da letto, entrambe con letti matrimoniali e un bagno completo con vasca e doccia.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata per preparare i tuoi pasti e dispone di una confortevole area barbecue all'aperto, con spazio per invitare i tuoi amici.
Internet fornito e puoi guardare in streaming i tuoi programmi preferiti sulla TV o guardare i canali locali.

Stayed warm during a cold spell

The property was everything it was advertised to be. Quiet, secluded, spacious, and the heating system was more than capable to keep us warm when temps were unseasonably cold.

A rural gem

This small house on Tanque Verde Loop was comfortable, and we enjoyed both indoor and outdoor fires, on chilly nights. The beds were great, and the kitchen was extremely well appointed. We stayed home most nights, cooking and baking many dishes, and we found everything we needed for roast veggies, corn bread, chili, bacon, and salads. When I looked for a utensil, pot, or pan, always found it! The house had plenty of garbage bags and towels, though we didn't realize there were so many towels in the laundry room, until we had washed ours several times. Our two week stay flew by, and we hope to return. We loved the quiet and isolated nature of this property.

Clean, quiet and comfortable

Thank you so much for a wonderful place to stay while we were there for our sons wedding. We even had enough room to host the rehearsal dinner! We loved the open floor plan and the big beautiful kitchen. The beds were very comfortable also. Again, it was awesome!

Quiet and peaceful

I had a really relaxing stay at this newly renovated casita. The owners did a great job modernizing and making the place comfortable. Situated on a few acres in a large stand of mesquite trees it feels like you’re way out in the middle of nowhere but still walking distance to a great restaurant and a few minutes drive to stores and services. The owners are chill and accommodated my requests for adding nights last minute and arranging a late checkout. The Wi-Fi is a bit slow for streaming but I think that’s true for this part of town not just here. Will definitely rebook for another long stay next year.

Clean, Rural, Handy to everything!

We had a great time at this place! It is conveniently located to groceries, restaurants, and most important to us - hiking trails. The property is located in a wooded area (mesquite trees), well maintained and private. The inside of this home is immaculate, and well cared for. It had all of the amenities that we needed! Thank you Charlie and Amber for letting us call it home for our visit to Tucson!

A real Find!

wonderful house! The house was very clean, spacious and well laid out. Over all we had everything we needed to be comfortable away from home. The house is situated off the road in a quiet area convenient to hiking and biking. Charlie and Amber are gracious hosts and very easy to communicate with. Will definitely return

Loved our stay!

What a great house! Beautiful details throughout the home! We had a relaxing stay at this quiet location. The home was so clean and had everything we needed to cook great meals, and enjoy movie nights by the fire. The owners were excellent with communication, and we look forward to our next stay.

Large and beautiful quiet setting. Arizona living at it's best

Hesitant to even do this review as I'd like to keep this place a secret....but here goes. Large big huge spacious! Not enough info? OK, how about a LARGE kitchen with enough appliances and cookware, china etc to make Guy Fieri blush and give a big thumbs up. Perfect setting nestled in mesquite trees in one of the most historic areas of Tucson (goes back to 1880's) and a 100 yards away or so are goats, sheep and a couple cows. (No, they rarely moo or baaaaa once the sun goes down. Yes, they are in a pen) - Kudos to whoever designed the main room. This is not a slap-together-lets-make-a-quick-buck-off-the-dumb-tourists place. Thought and care went into it, and it shows. AAA+

Well equipped, peaceful stay

Great place to stay, close to hiking locations and local stores and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped, and although there were RV's on adjacent properties it was peaceful and quiet. Would recommend.

Clean and quiet ranch getaway

This ranch home was a perfect getaway for me and a friend. The house was exceptionally clean, well appointed, comfortable, and quiet. Communication from the hosts was excellent and timely. The area is perfect for a stroll on rural roads and there’s excellent hiking nearby in parks.

Very nice and quiet minutes from the city

The property was great. It was exactly what we expected. The house provides a rustic, authentic experience with modern amenities. It's about 5 minutes from town, but you feel like you're 50 miles away, surrounded by 30 ft. Mesquite trees. The property manager was very responsive through the entire stay. I didn't have to wait more than a few minutes to get a response. I highly recommend this property to anyone that's looking for someone to stay on the east side of Tucson.

Agua Blanca Ranch

We totally enjoyed our stay at Agua Blanca Ranch! The location is very convenient to local shopping. The property was very clean; the weeds were a bit out of control however.
