Park & walking distance to the JW Marriott & Tumamoc Hill. 3 bed 2 bath, A/C, In-ground heated* pool, 3 hole putting green with poolside turf lounge area, Weber BBQ, outdoor dining area, high speed internet, covered patio, washer/dryer, pack n'play & booster seat, 65" TV with 100+ channels, quiet! *Pool Can be heated for your stay to 84 deg for an additional fee. We need 24 hours notice to heat the pool. 3 day min for heated pool.

Stayed for a week while we moved our son to Tucson for grad school at Univ. of Arizona. Nice neighborhood, great outdoor space, and desert hiking trails within walking distance of the house. The inside was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Would definitely stay again!

House close by to my son bc and his family. Beautiful out side area which I wish we could have enjoyed more. Pool and the surrounding area. Nice option is to have pool heated.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Tropaz. We traveled down from Phoenix with some family in from New York to celebrate our daughter's graduation from the university of Arizona - total of 5 days. The home was perfect for our needs. Lots of seating and table space for gathering, all of the kitchen necessities and, the best part, a heated pool. The owner's were very accommodating; allowing us to host a graduation gathering with other friends and family (always ask first - communication is the key!). This home is real close to Starr Pass Resort which is a great place for dinner and drinks on a patio overlooking Tucson. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Tucson and especially visiting any University events

We had a wonderful stay here. There was hiking was just a block away. The neighborhood was quiet. The national park was a short drive away. Would definitely come back the beds are comfortable the outside seating was great and the pool was very enjoyable. The house is well stocked we were able to cook Meals or go for a short drive to eat out. Tucson is a gem In the southwest

We had a wonderful time at this property. The pool, backyard putting green, and covered patio provided much entertainment. Check in process went very smoothly and Phil was a great communicator. We will return! The only issue we had was learning that we had to wake up very early to roll the garbage bin to the curb. We didn’t learn the details of this request until the evening before, when it was very dark and the lock box was being fussy. Other than that, all of our experiences were great. Comfortable beds and fluffy large bath towels were much appreciated.

Overall, we spent way too much of our vacation dealing with the owner and house issues. 1. Along with check-in instructions, the owner requested we take out the trash - before we even arrived. Later he asked us to re-shuffle the previous people’s recycling into the trash for pickup the following week. 2. The heat was turned off when we arrived and the house was at 56 (December). The owner said he knew there had been a problem with the breaker in the electrical box. Every time we wanted to have the heat on, we needed 2 people to turn on the breaker/heat. 3. We rented this house because of the heated pool. Turns out the owner says the pool is at 85 but the pool at around 70 was not warm enough to swim. The heated pump was only on approximately 11am-6pm. Our last night there the pool maintenance guy came around 4pm and kicked us out of the pool with no warning. 4. The incoming water to the toilet in the master bath is leaking and there is black mold growing into the wall (no baseboards). There is also black mold in the corner of the shower. The owner said he is aware of the issue but hasn’t fixed it. 5. This home is in the flight path of the Air Force base. There is a neighbor with a barking dog. 6. We left at 3am but had to get up at 2:30am to strip beds, wash towels, etc for the owner. 7. Several ‘finishing’ issues, no blinds/curtains in kitchen so you eat with sun in eyes, kitchen flooring not finished, one kitchen drawer doesn't open, mirrors not hung, etc.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for a fantastic experience. The property itself was absolutely stunning. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the stylish furniture to the luxurious bedding. The space felt cozy and inviting, making it easy to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The amenities provided were top-notch. The pool and putting green were amazing! The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, allowing us to prepare our own meals whenever we wanted. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with toiletries. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was essential for staying connected during our stay

The layout of the house was perfect for three couples. It was great having a six person table and the kitchen is massive! The pool was sparkling clean and great for lounging. We had a problem getting the coded door to lock, but Phil got back to us quickly and helped us out. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to downtown Tucson. We even saw a few javelina roaming around at night!

Property is beautiful, quiet location. House was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a great spread for my sons 16th Bday. The kids loved the pool, especially the pool side basketball hoop. If ever we need to rent again, this will definately be out top choice.
