Questa squisita proprietà collinare siede appollaiata su un acro in una comunità gated. Le viste approfittano del bel deserto di Sonora, delle montagne Catalina e delle luci della città la sera. La proprietà dispone di 4 camere da letto (1 king, 1 queen, 1 full, 1 full & 1 twin). La struttura dispone anche di 2 divani letto nella camera familiare superiore. Ci sono 3 camini, due dei quali sono dotati di tronchi di gas. La cucina gourmet è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. La casa è di un totale di 4.450 piedi quadrati, compresa una cantina e sala giochi, sala per la famiglia, salotto formale, lavanderia e 4 bagni. Ci sono 5 patios 4 dei quali sono coperti e uno fuori dalla cucina. C'è un barbecue a gas a bordo piscina. La piscina può essere riscaldata a un costo aggiuntivo a seconda della durata del soggiorno. Caryl our host was wonderful. It took us a couple of days to see how the pool, hot tub exchanged water for we had never seen a set up like that. She was patient with my questions, much appreciated!
One thing that could be noted is that the driveway is amazingly STEEP. Luckily there are two spots at the top to park so it worked well for us. 3 of the 5 are. Afraid of heights.

Great introduction to Tucson

We had a wonderful time at the Tucson Hilltop Estate, the home had plenty of room and areas to gather. Beautiful views everywhere, close to many delicious places to eat and great location for sight seeing.

Special large home in spectacular location!

This was two grandparents, two parents and four children ages 3-9. The home helped turn our trip into a truly special one, from its location in the foothills with a spectacular view, great pool, lovely tasteful furnishings, and very responsive property manager. We will always remember our stay here!

Great spot, great host, beautiful home

Excellent stay. Host was responsive when there was a question. The home is clean and family friendly, the property is fabulous. We were a family of 7 and there was something for everyone. Tucson is a clean, safe city and the proximity to the mountains and desert made it even better. A great value for a family.

Gorgeous Views Comfortable House

Relaxing Stay and Enchanting Hilltop Views of Tucson

This property has everything you could want and more for a visit to Sabino Canyon and Tucson. Gorgeous location and lots of amenities. The owner is very accommodating and responds promptly to communications. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the spacious rooms and heated spa at sunset each night. Would love to return!

Tucson Hilltop Estate

The views were the highlight of our stay. The home is large with so many areas to sit and relax. The kitchen had excellent appliances and we were able to feel comfortable cooking. I did feel that we were staying in someone’s home who is returning soon as there was a lot of personal “stuff”. We would definitely return.

Amazing Property

The property was truly amazing. The kitchen had professional grade appliances not to mention the awesome views. There was plenty of room for our family to gather and sneak off to for privacy. The property has several private patios all with amazing views. We will be back next year !

Great relaxing stay

My sisters and I came for some warm weather relaxing. The location is convenient to nice hiking trail and pickleball courts. The kitchen was very well equipped and a delight to use. The steep driveway was no big deal although we drove in forward and backed out. Management was very responsive and nice. Furniture comfortable but a little cluttered. Would highly recommend.

Family get together

This home is amazing. We had 2 couples, a single person and their miniature poodle. During the day we went siteseeing then came home where we each had our own spaces. This home had all the amenities we needed.It is centrally located near several sites. I had questions before renting and the owner replied quickly. The price was very reasonable since it was split 3 ways. We hope we can return some day.

House was exactly as it appears. We had some minor issues with gate access that were resolved quickly by property manager. Although it was colder than expected, we did enjoy the hot tub. One of our party was surprised one morning when two javelinas crawled under the fence into the patio area. Her scream sent them running back down the hillside.

Holiday get away

My family of 8 adults stayed for the holidays. Caryl is an excellent host. She was always quick to respond to my questions. Her suggestion of having the hot tub heated at specific times two times per day was excellent, took away any logistical problems of remote start. The property was at a great location for the hiking activities of my family The steepness of the driveway was pretty intimidating the first go, but pro tip is to go in reverse and use backup camera. There are a lot of stairs in the house and the steepness of the driveway may make this property a challenge for some seniors or those with mobility issues. We had a lovely vacation.

Fine but could be better.

Could be better. The hot tub is controlled from the host (off site). They only allow you to run it for 4 hours a day. It takes about 2 hrs for the “hot tub” to warm up enough so you can get in it. This is not mentioned anywhere, during the rental process, till a few days before your stay. When asked about it, via text, the host went silent. They provide you with about 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper per restroom. No rolls of paper towels in the kitchen. All beds were very saggy besides for the master suite. Oh yeah and the driveway is ridiculous.

Excellent!

Love this house! I would rent this home again. It sets on a hill and has beautiful sunset views. It is in a gated community in north east Tucson. Clean and roomy enough for our family. The kitchen is amazing. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings upscale and lovely. Even a few Christmas decorations for the season! The owner is very kind and easy to work with. A couple of things to note: The driveway is steep—but we are used to that. We didn’t seem to get how to adjust the heating for us—but didn’t ask-we just managed! The pool can be heated for an additional price. There is a solar powered camera at the pool and I didn’t understand that—unless someone is watching the guests and/or children? Idk 🤷🏼‍♀️ Overall a nice get away for us.

Amazing House! Equally Amazing views!

This house was perfect for our recent stay. The custom house is filled with unique furniture and antiques. The house has anything you need for cooking in a spacious kitchen with top end appliances. What sold us on this property was the absolutely amazing views. Perched atop a high hill, this house has a breathtaking panorama of the city below. The sprawling city landscape stretches as far as the eye can see below, with saguaro cacti dotting the horizon, and around the property. There is nothing like enjoying the spa in the evening with the lights of the city below. The house is very relaxing and above the bustle of the city below and private. Owls and doves are heard at night, and it’s very quiet. The owner is super easy to work with and showed kindness for a few requests we made. Easy check in and check out process, loved that also. If you want a unique vacation close to many hiking places with plenty of room for a family or similar get-togethers, look no further!

We had a fantastic month at this wonderful home. It had everything we needed and very well stocked- spices, shampoo, soap, dish soap TP, paper towels. The list goes on and on. But most important was the extremely timely response of the owner. A text and she responded sometimes within minutes. My only small complaint was the TV access. We are older and not very adept at digital. Every room in the house had a flat screen TV with a Fire Stick. We have cable so no access to streaming so we had to sign up for a streaming service to watch live tv. It would have been nice to have that included. I highly recommend this house. It was wonderful for the month
