Condo è completamente arredato con tutte le stoviglie, biancheria e tutto il necessario per la perfetta vacanza a Tucson! Il condominio si trova nella proprietà vicino alla piscina principale del riscaldamento, alla jacuzzi e alla palestra.
    Situato ai piedi del Ventana Canyon, vi è un facile accesso a negozi di alimentari, molti ristoranti e minuti dal Sabino Canyon! Vicino a tutte le zone della città ea breve distanza da UofA, Raytheon, Davis Monthan e molto altro!

Fantastic Location

Fantastic location on the golf course with great golf course and mountain views! Great hiking in the area in Sabino Canyon Recreation Area and Ventana Canyon. The unit was very well stocked, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful view and comfortable

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very well equipped condo, overlooking golf course. Quiet and in beautiful location of Tucson. Some small issues with ants, but agency had an exterminator come out same day. I could suggest the rental agency send a welcome and farewell message. Overall, very well managed. Second time I’ve rented with Spectrum. I recommend it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No matter what obstacles we encountered, and there were a few, Jeanine at Spectrum was amazing. Everything was addressed immediately. Having been a landlord I understand that issues will arise, however, how the issues are handled is what differentiates landlords.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental process was smooth and the unit was OK. It needed repairs with cracked tiles, grout, etc... My biggest complaint would be the constant influx of ants and a couple scorpions.

The interior of the unit met our expectations except for the quality of the beds which were extremely soft, and we would have preferred a king bed. The service from Spectrum was up to the usual high standards...thanks Jeanine!

Condo was well kept and clean with plenty of dishes and plenty of towels. Beds were a little uncomfortable but the living areas, etc were comfortable. Had problems with the washing machine, but maintenance came and fixed it and adjusted the hot water also. Location was great, but the restaurants in the area are expensive ($25 approx. per person for dinner meals) so nice to have a fully stocked kitchen to cook with at the condo.

These views made the unusual desert rainstorm watching lovely.
