“Property under renovation. One working light in the bedroom but no way to turn it off. I used a pillow. Killed 6 bugs. Maybe 7. Lost count. Curtains were cut (ripped?) to fit around an ac unit. AC unit worked, which was nice. Trash left in room from someone else. Generally dirty and old except for a partially renovated wall. Smelled like cigarettes. Hot water was more like not cold. Maybe it will improve, but at the moment it's pretty bad.”

“Please have better options for pillows instead of giant pillows. Making the air conditioner quieter would be also helpful.”

“Homeless people outside and you would't want to walk to nearby restaurants as I was advised when I called after a long work day and they said they were within 5 minutes walking distance...homeless people and not a very good area. I drove around forever to find a restaurant and parking is horrible.”

“Our stay was fabulous! The Armory Park Inn is outstanding in *every* respect. From the gorgeous interior to the gracious staff, my wife and I knew we had found a winner. Amy and Dora anticipated every need we could have, with snacks, plentiful towels, fast wi-fi, robes, even blackout curtains. In the late afternoon, they hosted an Armory Gathering for guests that included wine, cheese, fruit, and lovely conversation. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. “Excellent location downtown. Room design is a bit too minimalistic. Two tiny drawers for clothes. Weird electrical stuff going on in our room. Lights in entrance worked and then stopped working. Cannot turn on bathroom light without Master switch and all lights on. Bath fan never worked. Room design with shower and bath and glass sliding door does not provide privacy. Just a strange setup. Whomever is designing these hotels is focused on cost savings, not the user experience. ”
