“Awesome experience. We used the hotel for a layover. Arrived at 2:00pm. Checked into room. Flight was next day at 1:38 We wanted to eat at 7:00pm. Hotel had restaurant open early for us. Truly a great experience”

“I believe this is the best location in Tucuman (Plaza Independencia). The hotel itself is slightly less nice than the Sheraton where I've also stayed, but the location more than makes up for it. “Recomiendo a los recepcionistas del Hotel que, ante cualquier desperfecto que suceda (que nos puede pasar a todos que se rompa algo), siempre digan la verdad. En nuestro caso, se rompió la bomba del agua (viernes a la noche) y, en vez de decirnos que estaban intentando solucionar el problema lo antes posible (esa era la verdad) nos decían en distintas oportunidades: "En 40 minutos ya va a estar solucionado", "A las 12 hs ya tendremos agua" "En media hora ya habrá agua caliente, dejen correr el...
