Non mi è piaciuto: Condizioni e dotazioni della struttura
The stay was average, not so great on the last night. We stayed 3 nights for a tournament, we drove about 6 hours and I reserved it a month ago. On the last night we stayed there, my minor child didn't go back with his team and wanted to stay with us. We got back to the motel and I sent my oldest son to ask for an extra blanket at the front. The person only gave him a sheet. As soon as my oldest came back to the room, I got a call from the front, either the owner or manager. She was upset that I had an extra minor child in the room. I had two adults and 3 minor children in the room. She wanted my to have my minor child to leave! She asked if his team was still in the area! I told her they left and that he was only a minor child and didn't understand what the problem was! She wanted to kick us out and kept saying "you can't do that! You're only supposed to have 4 people, 4, not 5!" I told her that there were 3 minor children and we were leaving in the morning. She kept going on and on, wanting us to leave all because my son wanted to come back with us. She finally said not to do that again and that she wasn't going to give us an extra blanket! I was so upset and it was such a jarring and ugly feeling! I never ever had any motel or hotel establishment treat me or my children this way! I will never stay in Tucumcari again.
