Experience lakeside serenity at this charming cottage, nestled along the picturesque shores of Tim's Ford Lake. Enjoy plenty of space for your group with 3 cozy king beds. Boasting a prime location, you'll enjoy seamless access to the renowned Holiday Landing Marina and the Blue Gill Grill Restaurant located on the water. Drive to the marina in just a quick 3-5 min drive. Revel in the possibilities as you rent a boat, savor live musical performances, and bask in relaxation by the water.

Unwind and rejuvenate in the comfort of your private outdoor sitting area, complete with a cozy fire pit that sets the perfect ambiance for memorable evenings under the stars in the back yard. Catch your favorite movie or sporting event on the TV on the back porch just above the gas fireplace.

Tesla charger is available for use in the garage just off the driveway

Beyond your retreat, a world of local attractions await just minutes away. Embark on a journey to the legendary Jack Daniel's distillery immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Tim's Ford State Park, and explore the scenic wonders of the Elk River. Also, in the area you'll find Uncle Nearest Distillery and George Dickel distilleries where you can schedule tours and tastings.

Marina is open year around for gas and snacks, the restaurant is open May through Labor Day.

The Reserve at Holiday Landing is an amazing golf cart neighborhood right next to the lake with direct access to the marina.

Five Star Cozy Cottage

The cozy cottage was adorable! We have stayed at several rentals in this community, and this was one of our favorites. Justin checked on us and was easy to get in touch with us when I had a question. Great stay!

Great location with awesome outdoor space

We had a great stay. The house was perfect for our family. Nice kitchen and great screened in patio! The golf cart/walking trail was beautiful! It leads down to a dock with a restaurant.

Our family reunion could not have been more perfect! The Cozy Cottage had everything my family needed from the minute we walked in the door. So if you love making memories with family and friends, cooking, in the lovely, kitchen and then ending the day making s'mores around the fire, This is it!!!! Our time went by too fast. Easter Holiday

Very clean well decorated house. Quiet and peaceful. Great communication with the management company and appreciate the necessities to get us through. We will be back! Nice bonus would be a golf cart to take down to the lake. Other than that perfection

Great Stay

The house was better than expected and was a great place to stay. It was clean, updated and the layout was spectacular. The hosts were great to work with and communicated above and beyond my expectations. The location was within 20 minutes of everywhere we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay here again!!
