“We arrived late in the evening. I walked up to the front counter and originally were unable to find my reservation because they advertise as 2 different entities. The found my reservation and there key maker was broken so he had to meet me at my room to let us in. Once in the room my wife needed to use the restroom and found feces and the toilet wouldn’t flush completely. She finally got everything to flush. I then used the restroom with the same results except I noticed that when I flushed the...

“The smell of mildew hits you as you walk in the door. Halls are carpeted and filthy. Fortunately the floors in the rooms are a tile of some sort and that was better. Breakfast was marginal. Batter for making waffles only dripped out. We asked 2 staff and finally one figured out the problem. Would not stay there again.”

“Check in is at 3pm we got there at 7:30PM and our room WASN’T ready. They couldn’t tell us when it would be ready, they wouldn’t call the manager or housekeeping when we asked, The front desk guy (which is in the food truck next door) was rude and/or very high. We didn’t get our room keys until 9PM. Absolutely do not recommend!”
