Horrible experience!! We never received door lock code till late in the day on check in. The property was not ready for check in until late that evening, When we arrived in Tulsa, we had nowhere to go. Property manager told us it was not ready and was being cleaned late. We had to wait for hours to check in, and when we did finally arrive, we found the property filthy. Refrigerator, countertops, carpeting, and furniture were all very dirty, as was back porch. Many items in house were broken and in disrepair. Bathroom faucet did not work, towel and toilet tissue bars torn off walls. Very musty smell in home. Pet hair thick on all furnishings which created bad allergies for our family. We were told wet towels were in dryer and we had to dry all of them ourselves in order to have towels to use. The laundry room was piled high with dirty laundry, which were also told to ignore. Wet laundry left in washing machine. We had to find a vaccum and vaccum ourselves to be able to even sit on furniture. My husband had to clean Refrigerator shelves just to be able to place our food inside. There was moldy food inside pantry and no hand soap in any bathrooms, which we had to purchase ourselves.The property manager did not answer any of my concerns for 3 days. Very poor communication. We booked this home way in advance as we were attending a funeral. Our payment was made in full promptly and we were devastated w the experience. We left the home in much better condition than we found it
