This Charming Home is a fresh total make over located right in the heart of T-town. Easily accessible to all of Tulsa's premier hotspots like Downtown, Brookside, and Cherry Street.

Located minutes from the Expo Center, walking distance toTulsa University, MotherRoad Market, Route 66, & St John Hospital.

2 bedroom 1 bath with a queen and 2 twin beds. (Additional sleeping arrangements can be made, upon request)

Both bedrooms have Roku 4k High Definition Tv's. Livingroom is 55" 5K HD

Going Down Memory Lane and Biking

The location of Blue Flamingo was perfect for us to travel to the east river trail for biking, and touring my spouse's homes and schools while growing up in Tulsa. Property is very comfortable, clean and well stocked. Host provided timely and detailed communications. Only thing that tripped me up was the 3 payment program - I missed the second payment but noticed it was still pending about 24 hours before our arrival. Fortunately, that did not create any problems. If we stay in Tulsa again, we will definitely want to book this property.

Comfortable stay with good location

Cozy home in well maintained neighborhood near the university. Close to restaurants, ten minutes from the Philbrook and other urban attractions. Adequate kitchen for meals, nice work area for laptop and extra monitor, large smart TV, linens for bed and bath were fresh and clean. Would stay again.

Two rentals on the same property

Bed was comfy. Lots of TVs. Good communication about stay. Several not great things: -Floors weren't very clean -No vent in bathroom. Challenging in a small house with multiple people. -All pans were teflon coated but scratched, and thus unsafe to use. Worst, though, is the 2nd rental property on the same lot. People knocked on our door out of confusion, parking was tights, shades had to be shut, and there was extra noise morning and night. This is pure greed. I won't stay again.

A bit lacking

Our stay was fine. The house was clean but it did not have a well stocked kitchen. There was a drip coffee pot but no coffee, but there was Keurig pods. But no Keurig. No dishes to speak of. The front screen door had not glass in it. It appeared there seemed to be a few repairs that needed to be made. It isn’t in the best part of town.

Cute little place in a cute neighborhood!

We stayed one night. The space worked well for 4 adults. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. It was very clean. Very close to Cains Ballroom and lots of great food options. Eat at Sisserou’s when you are in town… it was amazing.

Very clean property, smelled good and very updated. Close to Expo Square, just a little noise from highway being so close but no problems at all. Host were great and answered text very fast.
