Blue Cottage nel cuore di Tulsa

Cottage recentemente rinnovato a pochi passi dal polo fieristico di Tulsa e dal centro EXPO (è a 700 piedi o 4 minuti a piedi dal quartiere fieristico). L'Università di Tulsa e la Route 66 distano solo 1,6 km. Si trova a breve distanza in auto da Cherry Street, Downtown e Brookside. Questa casa con 2 camere da letto è perfetta per singoli, coppie e famiglie. Una delle poche case nel quartiere con un garage per auto doppia attaccato! C'è un Target, Starbucks e Reasors (storia della drogheria) a meno di un miglio di distanza.

Ha molte finestre luminose ed è una pianta aperta. Ci sono 2 camere da letto con letti queen-size. Ha anche una cucina completamente attrezzata, lavatrice e asciugatrice nel garage, ampio cortile recintato, WIFI, TV via cavo, lettore DVD, camino elettrico, caffettiera e caffè. * NOTA: ci sono 3 telecamere di sicurezza esterne. Non guardano negli spazi interni. C'è una telecamera nel garage. La casa dispone anche di un sistema di allarme.

Great location

The blue cottage was a great location for us! Close to Cherry St & easy access to downtown. The kitchen is newly updated with large living room/kitchen space to hang out. Neighborhood feels safe. Ablock from the faurgrounds

NICE HOUSE BY EXPO CENTER

Nice, simple house right behind expo center and not far from the airport. Has a convenient garage for car when it’s cold or snowing . Beds aren’t anything fancy a bit on the softer side . Open plan concept with kitchen and has a nice gas stove for cooking .

I booked for my daughter's volleyball tournament at Titan Complex and this was my first time using VRBO. The process was smooth and easy! The house was so cute and had everything from towels to spices! Communication was great! I will be staying here again next visit to Tulsa!

Would not stay here again - dirty floors, rugs, bath towels, etc

I'm kinda shocked by all the good reviews. The inside of the house is partially redone and looks pretty in the pics but so many negatives. -Floors were DIRTY! They need to be mopped. They actually need to be refiniished but at least mop them! -Bath towels were old - white towels that were now grey -Most of the rugs were DIRTY -Ice maker didn't work -You have to stand on a stepladder to use the microwave - this is ridiculous -Porchlight didn't work -AC control was kinda a pain to use. -Both bedroom lamps sucked - one is blinding, other had no lampshade. -Garage door looks like a crime scene - rust? I don't know. The list goes on and on.

Convenient and Clean

This small home is convenient to the Tulsa Expo Center. While small, it is very clean. The microwave is awkward as it is in an upper cabinet. All else is fine. This was my second stay there.

Great location!

We traveled to Tulsa from out of state for move in to TU, so we were very tired when we arrived. The house was in great condition, and we were able to relax right away. Our location was perfect for getting to/from campus. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We also loved being able to park in the attached garage.

A cozy, clean, ideally situated cottage

This cottage is tucked in Midtown Tulsa, which makes it perfect for a stay in town. It's clean, charming, and comfortable, perfect for a small family. Cherith was an open communicator, and she clearly laid out the amenities and procedures. I have family in Tulsa, so I will gladly book this property again!

Most Memorable Trip of My Life!

The house is amazing. It was perfect for my family! WE loved the location and the neighborhood was super cute as well. Beds were really comfortable, every bed hurts my husbands back but he didn't have pain at all! The couch was comfortable as well. We loved the open concept and the big kitchen table! The owners were very responsive! I asked for darker shades in the bedroom and they dropped them off that day! Anything we needed they respond right away and were very accommodating! The reason I say the most memorable is because a tornado ripped through Tulsa while we were there, and the second half of our trip was canceled. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again! It's the perfect location for the Expo! OH! And having the garage to park in was quite possibly the best! We had a golf cart and were able to bring it home every night and keep it safe in the garage! Thank you for sharing your adorable home with us!!

The property was perfect for our long weekend, very comfortable and relaxing. My only constructive feedback is wanting more storage, there were no dressers, 1 bedroom had a closet but no hangers, the other bedroom has a clothes rack with a few hangers. Regardless, overall, the house was perfect for our stay!

We planned a Tulsa visiting around a wedding and this property was a great location for exploring - close to the major attractions. While the house is in a transitional neighborhood and could use a few more refinements, it met our needs. Host was easy to communicate with.
