“I can only say, when I walked into the room I felt like I walked into a retreat spa getaway. Staff at Front desk was kind even though I was a late arrival. Parking was well lit and easy access.”

“Don’t request a room away from the elevator and ice machine. Staff will then give you a room BY the elevator and the ice machine. Toilet was clogged in the evening, housekeeper knocked in the early a.m. Location was great. breakfast was decent. Special request ignored. ”

“Clean and comfortable bed but they didn’t clean the room on the 2nd day and staff member was a little rude when we had to request additional towels.”

“Hotel was fine. Went up there for a softball tournament. Got rained out and cancelled. Tried to get the hotel to refund my second night because I literally had to go back home. They refunded many people's but not mine even with the help of Expedia ”
