The open and stylish dining room leads right into the brand new, custom kitchen which has been thoughtfully furnished to meet your every need.
With art adorning the walls, our rich hardwood floors, and so much natural light from the windows, this home brings a unique and tasteful touch to Tulsa’s Midtown area. The cozy ambiance is due to our intentional, luxurious furnishings and amenities throughout each room. Both bedrooms feature large Smart TV’s and ample closet/storage space.
Notice the large front porch and porch swing perfect for enjoying the sunrise or sunset! Plus, the spacious backyard with string lights to set all the vibes. 6 person Hot Tub!
We provide a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience as well as all new kitchen appliances.
One of our favorite things about this property is the art and the beautiful light fixtures. As you make your way through the hallway, you will feel as if you are walking through a gallery.

It’s the details. Hot tub was hot. Beds were soft. Couch was snuggly. Art choices were tasteful and subtle. Lighting was chill. None of the tables were identical but every one of them belonged. A classic house with an open concept living space in a charming neighborhood. This place was comfortable and well appointed. From the shampoo/conditioner provided (my hair actually felt softer!) to the pleasant surprise of a soft textured blanket or a rug under foot. Someone loves this place and it made us feel at home.Also, after mentioning our stay was a stop along our daughter’s birthday trip, these sweeties surprised my 15 year old with the cutest birthday banner. It made her so happy!One last thing, for some reason we couldn’t figure out how to work the lock mechanism to enter. The owner promptly responded and directly came down to make sure it was working. It was, we just must’ve been tired and a bit incompetent Didn’t wanna leave. Great place, great folks!

Peaceful and clean

The house was extremely clean. It had a very calming nature to it! We were really surprised by the little putting green! We love golf so it was a nice bonus!! Hot tub was amazing and clean! We will be back! It’s the perfect lil place to stay!

Such a Cozy, Charming Space!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property...it's hard to know where to start. Everything was very clean and inviting - truly the best VRBO I've ever stayed in for cleanliness. It is in such a great location - a very lovely neighborhood and an easy walk to University of Tulsa. The floorplan and decor are so cozy! The furnishings and artwork are all expertly curated to create a space that feels like you are visiting a good friend - a wonderful mix of reclaimed vintage and modern. And lastly, the little details made our visit even more special - thick towels, large screen TVs in the bedrooms, captivating artwork throughout, and even a Christmas tree. It was a high-end space, and I hope to stay again in the future.

Expo Center Event Stay

We had an event at the Expo Center over Thanksgiving and wanted to stay at a house nearby. This house was tucked in a nice, quiet neighborhood, 6-10 minutes from everything we wanted to do. Nicely decorated, all needed kitchen amenities, plus coffee and even blankets and pillows for the pull out couch bed. A nice sunny house with a lovely front porch to have morning coffee. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed our time here. The neighborhood is adorable eventhough the homes are closer then I anticipated. Everything was beautiful inside and out. I felt like I was at home. Thank you for keeping the property simple it was easy to distinguish what was mine bra yours at check out. Home was beautiful.
