They sent all Expedia messages as attachments. The checkout instructions were inaccurate. I brought all issues to attention of the host but they never resolved any of them.”

“Hotel was full and no maintenance on staff or available- we were just told “sorry” about a toilet that didn’t work. Stopped serving /restocking breakfast 45 min before people were told at check in it would end.”

“Motel and room were clean. The location is convenient. There are no amenities to speak of (e.g. had to request shampoo). Not even a place to sit outside. The parking was well lit in some areas. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating.”
