“We stayed one night. We had the king corner room. The ac was deliciously cold. I never heard or saw any other guests unless I was in the lobby. The city view at night was pleasant. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The bed was not really comfortable and I would have liked to have access to a mini fridge. However, it was overall a very pleasant stay,”

“The staff are friendly and helpful, but my experience could’ve been better. It felt much more like an apartment than a hotel. First, there’s isn’t a coffee or water station. I’ve been at cheaper hotels like La Quinta Inn that managed to provide guests with a beverage station all day. It’s small comfort that’s missing. Second, the room’s lights are a cold white. It gives the rooms a clinical feel, as though you’re in an office or hospital. Third, they didn’t have a toothbrush or laundry...

“Our first morning, I ordered a 'pot' of coffee to be delivered to our room with 2 cups and half-and-half. What we received, after a 25 minute wait, was two, 12-oz cups of coffee and one 8-oz cup of half-and-half. The second morning, I ordered another 'pot' of coffee with two full breakfasts. We received the 'pot' of coffee this time but, again, with no cups (fortunately we had the two cups in the room) and only 1 set of utensils for the two meals. “Room was clean, no linens for the rollaway bed were provided. We went to the lobby to ask for it, staff seemed a little bothered but did go to 2nd level to get it.
