“The staff are friendly and helpful, but my experience could’ve been better. It felt much more like an apartment than a hotel. First, there’s isn’t a coffee or water station. I’ve been at cheaper hotels like La Quinta Inn that managed to provide guests with a beverage station all day. It’s small comfort that’s missing. Second, the room’s lights are a cold white. It gives the rooms a clinical feel, as though you’re in an office or hospital. Third, they didn’t have a toothbrush or laundry...

“Room was clean, no linens for the rollaway bed were provided. We went to the lobby to ask for it, staff seemed a little bothered but did go to 2nd level to get it. We followed him so he could hand it to us. While waiting for our food delivery at the lobby, a person staying was asking for linens as well for the rollaway bed and also a homeless person walked in got coffee from the lobby, dropped lids on the floor and walked out with a cup of coffee. “O checkup foi pesado o, a funcionária que me atendeu não me disse nada sobre a estadia, inclusive meu café estava incluído e ela não colocou no sistema, no outro dia no café fui contada!!! Meu quarto não tinha papel higiênico, nenhuma toalha de banho, nem toalha de rosto, nem tapete… nada …. Café ruim, após outra moça da recepção arrumar no sistema!! Estacionamento incluído e TAM em queriam cobrar! Resumo a funcionária do checkup foi extremamente incompetente!! Não fez nada que deveria fazer…”

“The location was good for what we needed. There was an Outback restaurant in walking distance. Breakfast at hotel was good although we always had to ask to have things refilled. The hotel condition left alot to be desired. The elevator didn’t work well at all. The fuse boxes in hallways were not locked, our tub would not hold water, sink drained very slow, holey sheets, hardly any shampoo/conditioner ( asked to be refilled but didn’t), litter in stairway, ice machine broken, workers were kind”

“I liked that the actual rooms inside were fairly clean with comfortable beds and good hot water pressure in the shower. What I did not like was that the appearance of the place looked like a low-income apartment building. The residence got loud on Sunday night after midnight, and I had a plane to catch at 6am.”
