“The room was falling apart. Floor tile in bathroom was cracked and sunk in. The carpet was stained and gross, so was the chair. The entire place had a funky smell. Walls were this and could here babies crying and couples fighting. Positives: Really good breakfast and we had an amazing view of the Arkansas River. We also loved the location. I highly recommend they remodel the place as it would be excellent to stay there if they just updated all the wore out gross stuff.”

“The breakfast was almost nonexistent. Juice and milk were in a gallon jug. There were a few yogurt, 2 kinds of cereal, and one waffle iron.”

“Staff was very nice and courteous. BIG issue was air conditioner in our room was totally malfunctioning! Oklahoma in July is no time for a broken AC unit. Moved rooms at 1:00 am in the morning due to just being HOT!! This made for very little sleep and a long following day,”

“My sister and I stayed at Hampton Inn and Suites, Tulsa for 5 days while visiting our daughter/neice. The hotel was very clean. The water pressure and hot water worked l so well. The ac in the room was nice and cool. Arlene who works in cafeteria was very personable and hard working. She made sure the food was always topped up and the surroundings were clean. Lindsay and Kellan at the front desk were amazingly helpful and sweet. Will we ever come back, you ask? We most certainly will!”

“The property has not been maintained, the toilet was broken - we rigged it to work EACH time we needed to flush, there were quite a few insects in the bathroom and main living area/bedroom, water damage in the ceiling, cracks in the walls and the bathroom counter had large food crumbs whatever office awesome on the bathroom counter when we arrived. Breakfast was ok, minimal choices compared to the listing. Not what we expected of a Wyndham property.”
