Se non sbaglio nel servizio EXPEDIA comprendeva il trasporto dall'aeroporto e la colazione. Invece non c'era nulla. Il posto é pulito e abbastanza ben tenuto. Il personale gradevole. Il problema più grosso é il rumore (causa la maleducazione degli ospiti) che fanno casino tutta la notte senza regole!

A due passi dalla Via principale dei locali
Scelto per 2 notti, poi ritornati per un altra notte a fine vacanza perché è economico, il personale è stato gentile, la stanza spaziosa e pulita. Comoda posizione. Ai servizi Dell hotel ho dato 4 anziché 5 soltanto perché non servono la colazione.

Molto vicina al centro ai ristoranti e ai negozi ma distante dalle spiagge circa 6 km.camera confortevole aria condizionata ventilatore frigo bar Wi-Fi , l'unica pecca era la doccia usciva un filo d acqua e pure fredda

Sehr lautes Hotel
Sehr lautes Hotel, da direkt an der Zufahrt zum Busbahnhof, neben einem Resturant und einem Motorrad-Lieferdienst. Zudem ist die Hauptstraße des Ortes dicht dran. Zimmer sind mit Aunahme von ein paar kleinen Mängeln in einem gutem Zustand. Personal ist freundlich und hilfbereit.

hello! you are confused with about other place you stayed. there is no restaurant her and no scooter place rental neither next to the bus station.only thing here you made a reservation and you did not paid.

Super Unterkunft mit geräumigen Zimmern und super warmer/heißer Dusche. Mega gute Lage zur Hauptstraße mit vielen kleinen Läden und super Restaurants. Leider hat das wifi nicht wirklich gut funktioniert und Nachts war es auch mal lauter, aber eher durch komische nicht zuordnender Wassergeräusche.

Basic but convenient and friendly
The hotel is in a great location a few seconds walk from the main road in Tulum centre, with shops, laundry, gym, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is basic but clean and spacious. Water pressure in bathroom is not good so if you like a decent shower consider this. Not sure if this is just rooms on upper floor or all hotel. Tulum is a big town, but still in the jungle, so bring anti-mosquito spray or plug-in for night time.

Tres bon accueil. Proche de la rue principal. Nous avons eu un problème d air conditionné mais ils ont rapidement fait intervenir un réparateur. Dommage que le rideau de douche ne soit pas plus grand car toute la salle de bain est mouillée. Mais ca reste un détail.

Excellent!
This was my first time in Playa del Carmen and my first time staying at a hostel. I was very reluctant but I am so glad that I stayed at this place. In fact for the rest of my trip I booked at hostels but none of them compared to this one. It is absolutely adorable, like stepping into a jungle, and the rooms were super cool and modern with excellent air conditioning. I slept too late to get breakfast because I was out late the night before dancing in all the discos which are literally one block to two blocks away. This hostel is in the heart of the center of Playa del Carmen with the shops, restaurants, and the nightlife. At this price it was amazing. $45 for two queen beds private shower, in air conditioning room. Excellent service, extremely clean, very friendly reception and the other guests were kind and clean in the group kitchen and hostel. I think one of the perks was that they did not charge me a third guest fee when I had a friend come and stay in the other bed in our room. Everywhere else wanted 30 to $40 which was ridiculous. I highly recommend hostel MX!

Nice hotel on the main street of the town.
The hotel was ultra clean. In our apartment there was a kitchen, so we enjoyed almost all the fruits from a local store and washed them clean at home. The only problem was with the AC in one room only, so one room was cold and another hot.

Very nice hotel close to down town Tulum
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We could rent bikes every day. The location was good, close to restaurants and shops, and easy to bike to cenotes and to the beach. It was also very peaceful and quiet. We recommend you to stay here!

Nice, clean, right off the main street of Tulum
We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Posada - it was clean, the beds were comfy and the hotel itself was nice. Regarding the service: the reception was open 24/7 which was a nice bonus, and I got help from the cleaning lady to open the room when I forgot the key with my friends who were still out. However, when we were checking in, the man at the desk didn't understand the words "check-in" in English, so we had a difficult time explaining in Spanish what we wanted, but eventually he understood and compensated with great service. So be prepared to whip out the dictionary. Another lady at the desk spoke great English though. The toilet in our bathroom didn't flush, but we were too lazy to report it, so I'm sure they would've fixed it if we asked. We highly recommend the restaurant "Burrito Amor" which is a barely five minute walk from the hotel.

Terrible hotel experience
The hotel receptionist is very rude. When we got there he had bad manners from the start and treated us like if we were interrupting his free time. Then he demanded cash for the room. I explained to him that I had already paid through orbitz and asked him to use that credit card to charge the room. He refused and insisted that if we did not give him cash there was no room for us. He said he could not charge my credit card and only wanted cash. He told us to go find another hotel that would accept credit cards and assure us that we would NOT be charged for the night. However, 3 days later they charged my credit card for the room (after they claimed they couldn’t and why hey demanded cash). It seems like they do this to tourists counting on the fact that once you leave you can’t contact them. I’ve called them and they don’t pick up. I have emailed them and they stopped responding after I asked them to explain why they were charging me when they assured me they wouldn’t. I am willing to provide more details if needed (feel free to reach out to me), I just don’t want others to be scammed like I was. That’s not decent of them to be scamming people and then simply ignoring emails/calls. Luckily, Orbitz and my bank took care of it!

This was a ok hotel right off the main avenue. Easy to walk to restaurants and such, and a short taxi to the beach. It was clean and staff was nice. The courtyard was a good touch. We got tacos at the place on the corner and had a relaxed dinner in the courtyard.

El registro fue rápido, la habitación fué cómoda y tranquila, lo único malo es que promocionaban que la habitación contaba con un sofá cama adicional a las 2 camas queen size, sin embargo no existía tal sofá cama, por lo que dormimos un tanto apretados, aún así estuvo bien la habitación, lástima que no contaba con restaurante el hotel, hubiera sido un valor agregado...

Unfreundliches Team
Angestellte an der Rezeption waren durchweg unfreundlich zu uns. Zimmer sind sauber aber mehr als sparsam eingerichtet. Zimmer direkt an der Strasse und vor ADO-Busstop, konnte keine Nacht in ruhe schlafen, es war durchgängig laut. Bilder haben deutlich mehr versprochen als es war, sehr enttäuscht.

Erg goed hotel. De kamers waren ruim, schoon en een heerlijk bed en douche. Personeel is vriendelijk en de locatie is perfect. Goed dicht bij het ADO busstation. Fietsen kan je om de hoek huren!

Me gusto mucho la ubicacion del hotel, no se encuentra en la cuadra principal pero caminando pordes ir a todo quedan cerca restaurantes y tiendas para compras tambien esta como a tres cuadras de la estacion de buses ADO lo cual es super conveniente pues del aeropuerto de cancun te llevan directo alli
