We accepted responsibility and offered to arrange and pay for the repair straight away. However, we were advised that we could only use the owner’s nominated tradesperson.To assist, I obtained and sent through two independent quotes for comparison, but received no response. Shortly after, I was charged through the Stayz app an amount that was approximately five times...

The listing mentioned the malfunction, but it wasn’t clear enough, four of us missed that in the description. Without a working spa the price felt high for just four guests. I recommend removing the spa photo from the listing or making its non-working status very obvious in the description.”
