Escape to Bungalow Baïa, a cozy refuge located in a quiet and secure residential area. The bungalow has an independent entrance, guaranteeing privacy and comfort, while sharing access to the villa and its common areas: swimming pool, tropical garden, large terrace, as well as an outdoor toilet and shower room located near the pool. A barbecue area is also available on request.
The interior combines Tunisian charm and modern comfort: a living room and dining room opening onto the terrace and the winter garden, two double bedrooms (one with dressing room), a bathroom with bathtub, as well as a hallway with coffee corner, aquarium and practical storage.
The kitchen is shared, but the bungalow has its own private amenities: gas, oven, microwave, washing machine, crockery and utensils.
The bungalow can accommodate 4 people, with the possibility of accommodating up to 2 additional guests (sofas in the living room or mattresses provided on request). A large secure parking lot is available, with 2 spaces reserved for tenants.
