"Das Hotel ist sehr schön, aber der Service ist sehr schlecht. Die Kommunikation mit schlecht englisch sprechendem Personal und die unmotivierte Art, waren enttäuschend. "It is a wonderful hotel and well priced. It was a resting point as we travelled from west Slovakia to the east. We slept well because the bed was comfortable and the room was quite. The room is crystal clean and modern. And the staff are more than great, especially Christina who didn’t hesitate one ..."
