“Hotel su strade trafficate; praticamente sei in strada. Colazione qualitativamente non sodisfacente ( caffè servito bruciato e toast serviti freddi)”

“Disappointed with room, cold - one radiator didn’t appear to work and one needed reprogramming in order to get warmth. The duvet was thin meaning we were cold during the night, and the bed was uncomfortable, so much so we nearly got up and drove home. Shower had black mould on head & pipe. There was a dirty towel, wedged behind the door on the bathroom floor. I went to use a beaker and saw that it was stained so gave up using anything in the kitchen.”

“Everything about our stay was excellent. The accommodation was warm, spotlessly clean and the twin beds very comfortable. The room itself was the smallest in the house but we found it more than adequate and were very happy with the space. Our hosts were helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them and they made us feel very welcome. Dotazione delle camere completa, sono presenti anche adattatori per le prese e kit per interventi di cucito d'emergenza. Gestito da persone giovani e gentilissime. Colazione inglese di qualità, fermate dell'autobus a 200 m.”

“The location of the hotel is perfect , literally on the doorstep of Lincoln Cathedral and the castle. Parking is opposite to the hotel - although it is a public car park and a fee charged by meter upto 24hour parking available. The hotel itself is lovely, well presented and very clean.
