“I came to check in after a long day of driving with my family and my room had been “cancelled”. Expedia says the hotel cancelled, the hotel says Expedia cancelled. Either way, they had no rooms available, we had to leave and no one was helpful or accommodating. Will never return to Comfort Suites and will consider using Expedia again in the future because no one wants to help you at the hotel when you book third party. ”

“Stopped in Redding for the night and this was the best hotel for our family of 4. We did a late check in and the property was safe, could only be accessed by a key or calling the front desk! The breakfast on the morning was an added plus, and the staff was great! Would definitely stay here again!”

“Alex at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and swift with our check-in. Rooms were clean. Restaurant was under renovation but the hotel offered a voucher to a nearby restaurant, which was thoughtful. TVs in the room are whimsically small, but who cares :) My boys enjoyed the gym and the outdoor pool was maintained well Would stay here again. ”
