Hotel vicino a Turtle Conservation and Education Center - Serangan

“Very friendly”

“Nice place, good location. You can do better with beach and breakfast”

“What a wonderful place to stay in Sanur. We stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage. It had a kitchen and open air living area. The bedrooms are air conditioned. The 2nd bedroom is upstairs. Wayan and the rest of the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. There is a beach with many restaurants and bars that is about a 15 minute walk away. i would definitely stay here again.”

“Beautiful hotel, sad we were only there for one night! It is across the highway from a lot of restaurants, but with some patience the highway is crossable or you can take a quick grab. The property is stunnig, rooms are really nice, and bathrooms are beautiful and clean too!”

“Camera ok con bagno buio e umido. Pulizia sufficiente. Troppo basso rapporto qualità/prezzo. Posizione OK con buoni ristoranti nelle vicinanze.”

“We stayed at the hotel after an intercontinental flight, arrived late and left early but would have loved to spend more time here. The facilities look great, room is spatious with scenic bathroom (shower has a garden view). Staff was very kind, they even prepared a sandwich upon arrival assuming we’ve had no dinner (which was in fact true). I contacted the hotel a while after my stay as I forgot my eyeglasses in the room and they made their best to have them delivered to my next location as soon...

“Had a wonderful stay there! People who work there are the best!!!!”

“I spend 8 days in this accommodation and I felt like home. The staff was warmly welcoming and I enjoyed very much our discussions. Swimming pool was perfect after a long day visiting or just to relax. I would definitely recommend the Sanur Lodge.”

“I had a good stay at this hotel. There was a kitchen as a part of my hotel room: one stove, one refrigerator and a cooler with hot/cold water so I could cook myself. There is a supermarket not so far away from the hotel (by car). I also liked vegetation by the room entrance. It was pleasant to hear the sound of rain under partially open roof early in the morning. I had a very good service, especially two hotel representatives Diah and Putri were very nice and helpful. I also enjoyed one hour...

“Apel Villas was fantastic. Staff are beautiful. We had a few hiccups but they were more than rectified quickly. Description needs to change though. 1 bedroom villa does not have a rainfall shower, only a hand held shower in the bath. Breakfast only, no room service any other time. Breakfast was limited & small portions. Pool was lovely. The grounds were also lovely. Quite peaceful most of the time. The dogs in the street were quite noisy.”

“We loved our stay! Staff were incredibly friendly. Great location.”

“I'm so disappointed I don't know where to start. I was given a room at 2nd floor, no lift, in an isolated area and very dated building. Door is wafer thin and lock very weak. Room is big but very old fashioned. Separated taps for basin and shower. No proper selected toiletries, just miniatures. Great wifi. No outlets for electronic devices by the bed, just one in the whole room in a non convenient place. Awful breakfast, poo selection of juices and all industrial, not from fresh, same industrial...

“sehr freundliches Personal, man hat sich schon unwohl gefühlt. Würden ein zweites Mal buchen.”

“La pulizia e’ carente perché puliscono con tracci sporchissimi, ho fatto presente il problema alla reception, ma credo che non cambierà nulla!”
