Cottage a Tuscaloosa

“Wonderful staff, always pleasant and helpful. Rooms are being cleaned only every other day ( looks like Marriott thing ) so if you stay 2 nights , your room won’t be cleaned. I think that at least towels should be exchanged without asking. Also beds should be made , garbage cans emptied, cups replaced etc . Water in the pool was cold , not heated , so it took some prayers to get in the water ( I swim evwry day and choose hotels with pools) . There was nice size TV in the room and my room, on...

“I found this property tobe subpar and just horrible. There was no remote for the television in the room. The one person at the desk was on the phone and very difficult for me to get his attention. The property is in need of renovation. He actually never came back after leaving to allegedly look for a remote. I had to call and ask him, and he simply said he couldn't find one very dismissively. “The breakfast was good. I requested a blanket be brought to my room and no one ever brought one. I also don’t understand why outside callers cannot be connected to individual rooms.”
