“Nice overnight stay at a hotel that is well maintained despite the surrounding outlet center being nearly completely shut down. It makes for an extra quiet stay but hope the other businesses recover.
Very comfortable bed and clean room with a nice hot breakfast bar though the juices were watered down”

“Staff at check in were nice but it felt clumsy…couldn’t find all my reserved rooms. I kept referring to my rooms by their name online to determine who should be in which of my 3 rooms and they kept using other names for the rooms. Manager upon check out Sunday was awesome as she always is! Room refreshes are great but in each of my last two visits not all details were complete.
