“Nice overnight stay at a hotel that is well maintained despite the surrounding outlet center being nearly completely shut down. It makes for an extra quiet stay but hope the other businesses recover. Very comfortable bed and clean room with a nice hot breakfast bar though the juices were watered down”

“Staff at check in were nice but it felt clumsy…couldn’t find all my reserved rooms. I kept referring to my rooms by their name online to determine who should be in which of my 3 rooms and they kept using other names for the rooms. Manager upon check out Sunday was awesome as she always is! Room refreshes are great but in each of my last two visits not all details were complete. “Checkin was simple, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfy, AC worked like a champ. Pool was a little cool but still refreshing. Breakfast was usual fare but hot and ready before 6am. Only small complaints would be the room smelled strongly of cleaning product when we first entered and the bed could have used a thicker duvet/comforter..other than that it was better than I expected”

“Staff was nice, room was clean, and breakfast was good. Location was convenient for restaurants and shopping. Rooms are in need of serious updating and renovation. Bathroom fixtures were very old and dated. Furniture also very worn out. Pool and hot tub were out of service for our two day stay.”
