“We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in State College and were pleasantly surprised. Although the room was small, it had a sink and a microwave, which was very convenient. Parking was fairly accessible, though at night it was a bit limited since the lot was full on Sunday night. Some areas could have been cleaner—the outdoor trash bins, the ones by the lobby, and those on the 4th floor were overflowing. Other than that, everything was fine.
