An ideal alternative for home school / office getaways. A scenic 15 minute drive to Joshua Tree National Park; 10 minutes to Pioneertown; and only 5 minutes to local shopping and restaurants. Electric Vehicle charging available on site at no cost.
This gorgeous modern home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, high ceilings, tall doors, views, fireplace, indoor laundry room and an open floor plan. Cooking and entertaining is a breeze in the family-sized kitchen with a built-in breakfast bar, pantry and gleaming granite counter-tops.
The open layout, vaulted ceilings, and ceiling fans throughout make this home a dream.

Master bedroom has full ensuite with separate tub and shower. The other 2 bedrooms have their own toilet and sink, yet share a shower/tub.

Plenty of fenced in outdoor space for kids and pets.

The pool can be heated to 85 degrees for a charge of $150 per day. This must be advised and prepaid 24 hours in advance. Payment will be processed through the VRBO App.

Pet Fee: There is a $30 fee per pet / per stay. Advise in advance.

EV owners: A universal J1772 - 240V charging station available.

Family gathering

The house was well equipped and perfectly situated from Joshua Tree, Pioneer Town and Pioneer Town. It was spacious, clean and easy to make it our home for the weekend.

First time in Joshua Tree

My pup and I really enjoyed our stay. She had a great time exploring the backyard and sunbathing. And there’s a great dog park close by. Although too chilly to swim, I enjoyed the pool particularly on the last few warmer days. It was really helpful to have the EV charger and parking in the garage. Checkin was a breeze and this home was quite lovely, well designed and decorated, and the bed was really comfy. I was able to cook in the large open kitchen. I was not able to figure out how to watch regular/live TV, and perhaps that wasn’t an option. Nonetheless that didn’t bother me. I would totally come back again for peace and quiet and see the stars.

Adorable Escape

This home is laid out very nicely. The bedrooms were spacious and the decor simply adorable. The Owners are extremely nice and generous about their hospitality. It's obvious that they take very good care of their property and guests. I look forward to returning here next Spring!

Very pleasant stay

Very clean place and easy communication with managers. Lights on porch didn’t work and the yard was not well lit. Outside of that, fantastic! Would go there again!!

Breathtaking Oasis!

It is very difficult to find the words to describe this property. Immediately felt at home and forgot we were not the home owners. The space has a wonderful open layout that is soothing and the backyard (Especially at night) is GORGEOUS. Very quiet neighborhood that is 5 minutes from just about anything you need. We can not wait to go back! Host was very professional and communicating with us throughout our stay.

Perfect

This was an ideal base to explore Joshua tree park- we loved it! The home is immaculate and contemporary. The patio and pool are beautiful. Just remember to ask for the pool to be heated prior to arrival- it was a bit cold for our kids but still refreshing.

Awesome Stay

We had a great time at this house. Very clean, everything was as advertised. Backyard has nice views and is completely fenced for the pups, which was a must for us, and also particularly hard to find for the area. We also loved being able to pull into the garage, keeping our car out of the heat. We would definitely stay again.

Much needed Relaxation

This house was perfect for our relaxing weekend. Our boys loved the heated pool with a fire pit on top and waterfalls. They had a cornhole game . We enjoyed Pioneer Town and cute shops. The owners provided very detailed information and were great at communicating with us. My son said it was one of his favorite get always. We would live to rent this house again.

Excellent base for Joshua Tree National Park explorations

We had a wonderful time using this home as a base for explorations of Joshua Tree National Park and Noah Purifoy Desert Museum of Assembled Art. And it was easy for us to deal with our COVID-19 restrictions with Vons curbside pick-up for groceries and excellent food delivered from Yucca Kabob and Hookah, and Two Guys Pizza, COVID-19 drive through PCR testing at CVS and the excellent wi-fi. Finally, our 5 year old granddaughter learned to play Foosball and UNO to the delight of all.

Spring Break

We loved our stay at this lovely place in the desert while visiting Joshua Tree National Park. The house is very clean and looks brand new. We felt very special being the first to swim in their new pool. The hosts were good at communication and making their house family friendly.

Stunning home, stunning sunrises, stunning sunsets

We spent the Xmas holiday at Three Tree Villa. The whole process was seamless, the hosts gracious and communicative, and the home very comfortable, immaculate and well stocked with vacation essentials that were extra special. Although we did visit Joshua Tree Park, hiked some beautiful trails, mostly we stayed in due to the Covid 19 quarantine. We still had a great time and hope to return to this lovely gem of a vacation home.
