“Could tell the room wasn’t cleaned trash cans still had trash in them bar of soap was opened used and left on the bathroom counter mirror and sink was water spotted and not cleaned no wash rags air conditioning wasn’t working properly and the breakfast was awful oh yeah and the lady in heels above me pacing her room at 6am so I couldn’t sleep sucked as well”

“Hotel staff was decent, bed was comfy. Had to switch rooms at 2am due to finding a cockroach, just to be switched to a less valuable room and when I opened the door to the new room there was a naked dude sleeping in bed. Got switched again to a room that didn’t have a fridge/freezer for my cold stuff, finally got upgraded to a jacuzzi room but tv did not work. Breakfast is a loaf of bread, cheap bagels and a toaster. Would not recommend this hotel.”

“My room was dirty. The carpet had stains, there was mold, the sheets had stains and holes. I didn’t use the jacuzzi the room came with because there were dirty streaks in it. Half the lights in the room didn’t work. The towels had stains on them. The cabinets had broken doors.”

“The hotel was very nice and quiet. We were informed at check in that there would be an additional $8.00 a night parking fee, something that was not included in the original pricing. Didn’t appreciate the surprise. For two nights it was another $16.00 we didn’t expect. This information should be presented before final booking.”

“This property is undergoing a full renovation and rebrand, and they are doing a very impressive job. The construction is completed in the common areas and the ongoing construction is no inconvenience to guests. Having said that, the windows are paper thin and have not been replaced. I was on the freeway side of the building with non-stop all-night traffic only a few hundred feet away from the building. Easy fix - make sure you request a room on the other side of the building. “This motel is located directly across the street (Kilabrew St.) from the Mall of America. The motel has complimentary airport shuttle service, a very good breakfast, a decent small gym. It checks all the boxes, and I’ll return.”
