Check in was great. They have games you can borrow for free.
The room was nice and clean, more light in the sitting room would have been helpful for playing the games we borrowed.
We loved the pool and hot tub. Although the water in the pool looked a bit on the green side. My 6 year old didn't seem to mind.
My real disappointment was breakfast. After reading reviews I was super excited. We were told breakfast was served from 6-9am. We went down at 8:30. Im not sure if we missed the "good stuff" because it was already cleaned up or not put out. I could hear other guests were disappointed too.
Our options cold cereal, oatmeal packets (with toppings), pastries, and yogurt.
It was obvious that there are usually more options, (by equipment, counter space, and the menu, written oh so cutely.)
They let us check out late, at 1pm. That helped with more hot tub/ pool time, and "snack and game party" my 6 year old set up.
The gym is small but effective, nice set of dumb bells.
Overall it was a nice stay. We had fun on our New Years Eve stay-cation. I'd stay again, fingers crossed a proper breakfast was served.
