“We reserved the hotel for one night a day prior to our planned arrival. Due to unavoidable circumstances we were stranded in Utah and unable to make our reservation. I called to explain we would not be checking in. And also contacted Expedia. Expedia tried to ask the hotel for our money back but they declined and were less than understanding or helpful. I understand policies and am willing to take the fee but for a one night stay booked one night in advance I can’t understand why the hotel...

“If you don't mind a cold shower, this is the place. Sadly, the property does not have hot water for showers, or didn't when I stayed there. The staff was extremely helpful and kind but couldn't do anything to improve the water situation. The rooms are nice and very clean.”

“Stayed 4 nights while visiting. Easy to park, great breakfast, coffee all day, clean rooms (although a little age was apparent in the bathroom, shower in particular). I've stayed before so knew what I was getting and would stay again. ”
