“My stay at the Quality Inn was overall a positive experience. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the front desk staff were especially friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
One downside was that we had planned to spend one of our evenings relaxing at the hotel, including using the hot tub. Unfortunately, we were informed right as we were about to get in that the heater had broken a few hours earlier. That was definitely frustrating and a bit of a letdown.
