Just minutes from the College of Southern Idaho, Snake River Canyon, Shoshone Falls, Perrine Bridge, and local shops. This comfortable and well-appointed space features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a pull out sofa, and sleeps up to 6. Full kitchen, laundry, fenced yard, and FREE parking onsite. Allows 2 pre-approved dogs w/ pet fee.



    The Space:

    This thoughtfully updated duplex offers a comfortable and functional layout designed for easy living. The main living area feels bright and relaxed, with natural light, clean finishes, and a layout that flows easily from room to room. With two bedrooms, one full bathroom, and a welcoming living space, this home is ideal for families, work trips, or weekend stays.



    The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, and the in-home washer and dryer make longer visits convenient. Step outside to enjoy the outdoor space—perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Twin Falls.



    ***This is a duplex property with a separate unit on-site. Each space is fully private with its own entrance.



    BOTH bedrooms feature a comfortable King bed with soft linens and supportive pillows to ensure a restful stay. Natural light filters through the windows while blinds provide privacy when needed. The space includes bedside tables with reading lamps. Closet storage for personal belongings, creating a clean and uncluttered environment to relax and recharge.



    The bathroom includes updated fixtures, a single vanity and a shower-tub combination. Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer are provided to make your stay easy and comfortable.



    The living room is designed for comfort, with inviting seating and a 65” Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. The open layout creates a relaxed gathering space, whether you're winding down for the evening or planning your next adventure. The sofa pulls out to provide an additional sleeping area.



    There is a desk in the living area with comfortable seating and space to work from home or check on emails while you are away.



    The kitchen is stocked with everything needed for home-cooked meals, including full size appliances, cookware, and utensils. The dining area has seating for up to 6 when the table is extended, proving a comfortable space for meals or family time.



    A washer and dryer are located in the garage and available for guest use, providing added convenience for guests staying multiple nights. *Please note garage is NOT available for parking.



    The property is located on a well maintained, large corner lot with a fully fenced backyard. There is a patio table and chairs for enjoying your coffee in the morning sunshine or a glass of wine at night.



    Guest Access:

    Guests have full private access to the entire duplex unit and designated outdoor space.



    NOTE: There is a separate unit on the property with its own private entrance. There are no shared interior spaces.

    This home is located in a convenient central Twin Falls neighborhood, offering quick access to both downtown and the area’s most popular attractions. Guests appreciate the easy access to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and local conveniences, all just a short drive away. Close to the College of Southern Idaho, (CSI)!



    This quiet residential area offers easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and unique local shopping, with a grocery store and several dining options just a few blocks away. Downtown Twin Falls is only minutes from the home, where you can discover charming boutiques, local pubs, and year-round community events.



    For outdoor enthusiasts, the world-famous Shoshone Falls—often called the “Niagara of the West”—is just a 15-minute drive away, offering breathtaking views and miles of walking trails. Even closer, the spectacular Snake River Canyon provides opportunities for hiking, biking, and running, as well as iconic viewpoints such as the Perrine Bridge, where you might catch a BASE jumper taking the leap. Centennial Waterfront Park, located along the river, is perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding, or enjoying a picnic by the water.



    In the winter months, Magic Mountain Ski Resort is less than an hour’s drive and offers family-friendly skiing, snowboarding, and tubing. Year-round, the surrounding canyon country and nearby state parks provide endless opportunities for exploration and adventure.

    Getting Around:

    The neighborhood is easy to navigate, with dining, shopping, and coffee nearby. To explore nearby attractions such as Shoshone Falls or the Snake River Canyon, a car is recommended. Twin Falls Airport (TWF) is only 15 minutes away, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available, making travel to and from the property simple and convenient. Boise Airport is approximately a 2 hour drive.



    Other Things to Note:

    ~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict.

    ~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.

    ~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.

    ~ Midstay Housekeeping is required and provided for an additional charge on all stays 14 nights or longer.

    ~ We are happy to welcome up to 2 well behaved and house trained dog into our home!

    -We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies.

    -There is an additional pet fee of $50 per pet, which we will request the additional pet fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed.

    Please also be aware of our pet policy:

    -Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee.

    -Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately.

    -Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guest.

    -Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets. Pet fee does NOT cover damage or additional cleaning above and beyond reasonable wear & tear



    Interaction with Guests:

    We are local and can be available by phone, text, email or in person. The quickest way to contact us is via the platform in which you are booked as those messages go directly to our on call manager. Otherwise, we give you plenty of privacy and access to keyless entry.
