Fully stocked kitchen makes cooking from home convenient and efficient. Updated with full size appliances including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, & coffee maker. Plenty of spices, Utensils and cookware make eating in simple. Complete with a dining table with seating for (6)
Cozy living area featuring comfortable couch with chaise lounge that converts to a full size sofa sleeper for additional sleeping. Flat screen SMART TV, makes for a great night of lounging while enjoying the warmth from the electric fireplace. Catch up on your favorite Netflix series or watch a movie on Amazon! Additional seating provides a comfy space for reading, playing a board game or enjoying a glass of wine.
Two PRIVATE bedrooms. **BOTH bedrooms are furnished with comfortable KING mattresses with clean & crisp linens, each room decorated with it’s own unique style. There is closet space and dressers for storing guests personal items.
Bright and clean bath, updated finishes and high quality towels and linens. Shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials and paper products are provided for your convenience. A hair dryer, Iron & ironing board complete the necessities!
Washer & Dryer for guests use located in basement which is a separate common area, shared with the basement apartment guest. **Laundry is available from 9am-8pm as a mutual courtesy to not disturb other guests.
Private fenced backyard with small deck, BBQ Grill and outdoor dining set. Enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee in the outdoor space. Cozy gas fire pit for a cool night on the patio with comfortable seating. Pack n play, is available on request.

NOTE: This is a main level home on one level. There is a separate basement apartment on the property and there may be other guests present. There is also a “Glamper” at the back of the lot that has a separate yard and enters off the alley. ALL units have completely private and separate entrances as well as Private AND Separate fenced yards.
Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire private home, private outdoor space & shared laundry **Washer/Dryer in shared common area laundry room in basement available between 9am-8pm. **Private outdoor deck with grill, gas fireplace, and fenced in back yard. **There is a pack n play available on request.
The Neighborhood: Centrally located, in what is considered the “Presidential Streets”, between Downtown and the College of Southern Idaho. This is a quiet established residential neighborhood with older homes. Blue Lakes Boulevard is the main throughway in the City of Twin Falls and is 3 blocks from the home. Blue Lakes Blvd has a high commercial density and tons of shopping, dining & amenities. This is where you will find chain restaurants, the Magic Valley Mall, and chain retailers such as Target, Lowes & Costco. Nearby parks include Pierce Park, Harrison Park, Barry Park and Frontier Park.
Historic Downtown Twin Falls (1 mile) is worth checking out. The historic old town covers multiple blocks and has something for everyone. A recent revitalization brought new businesses and a community common space for events – including a splash pad for families. Patrons will find boutique shops, crave worthy dining, a restored theater, breweries, night life and lots of activities. As locals and travelers have started to crave walkability, the downtown business district has stepped up to fill this void.
Some popular downtown events include Western Days, Twin Falls Old Town Criterium, Oktoberfest, Twin Falls Light Parade and more.
The Perrine Bridge (2.5 miles) is the most famous bridge in Idaho and the fourth largest arch bridge in the United States. It is 1,500 feet long and crosses 486 feet above the floor of the Snake River Canyon. The bridge has walkways for pedestrians to walk out on and enjoy the spectacular view.

Getting Around: The property is centrally located and has a Walk Score of 63 out of 100. This location is Somewhat Walkable so some errands can be accomplished on foot. This is a great neighborhood for walking on the tree lined streets and is safe & friendly. Restaurants, groceries, shopping and entertainment are within .5 miles of the house. The location is approximately 1 mile from the College of Southern Idaho, 1 mile to the downtown historical shopping district, and 2.5 miles to the Magic Valley Mall.
Famous Idaho attractions are easy to access; Sun Valley is an approx. 1.5 hour drive, 1.5 hour drive to City of Rocks and 45 min to Hagerman.
There is a local airport but most people fly into Boise (1hr 15min) or SLC (2.5 hrs).

~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
~We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dog into our home! We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies. There is an additional pet fee of $50 per pet, as per my listing details, which will be charged once you add the pet to the reservation. If you are bringing an (2) pets, we will request the additional pet fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed. Please accept ASAP to confirm authorization. Please also be aware of our pet policy: -Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee. -Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately. -Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guest. -Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets. Pet fee does NOT cover damage or additional cleaning above and beyond reasonable.
Interaction with Guests: Interaction with guests We are available by phone, text, email or in person. We are local and can be available if needed, otherwise we give you plenty of privacy and access to self check-in.

everything was great.. the backyard could use some upkeep and if someone is staying in the basement unit... the door closes very loudly.

Very cute house. Well stocked. Communication was great.
The only issue was that I didn’t find out until I checked in that there is a downstairs apartment as well. Not a huge deal but it would have been nice to have that in the property description. ( I did go back and check the listing multiple times to see if maybe I had just missed the information and still didn’t find anything.)
