The breakfast the next morning at hotel was delicious and so many options to choose from. Highly recommend SureStay Best Western in Twin Falls.”

“The location was very close to CSI for baseball. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were attentive and able to provide extra blankets, towels, and toiletries. The pool was convenient and busy but had room for lots of guests. The breakfast had great hours and was fully stocked the entire time. We especially liked the coffee/cocoa/tea machine and waffle maker. We will definitely return the next time we are in the area.”

The elevator smelled strongly of urine and appeared as if it had not been cleaned in quite some time. “The room was not good in that there were rodents in the ceiling and wall scratching around all night. There was no secondary lock on the door, only the keyed lock. Felt pretty unsafe in that regard. Lighting was not very bright. VERY dated furniture and bedding. The AC did not work well. On the bright side, the price was decent for the area although not value priced considering.
