“The price is right, it was clean and they allowed pets. But, it is an upstairs apartment of an old house in the Lakeside neighborhood with low slanted ceiling height in the entry and bathroom. It is about 3 miles to a public beach. Parking is on the street. The stairs are at a high angle and the railing is falling off the wall. Be careful. The property is not wheelchair accessible. The TV could not be controlled from the remote. There was only a bathtub - no shower.”

“We had a wonderful stay- we loved the “hotel” look to the property- owner has obviously tried to create a certain feel for the property. We really loved they Lake Michigan was right across the street! ”

“It was easy to find and enter. Nice walk to the park and to an outside place to have drinks, and enjoy the wonderful weather. The place was clean. Only had a couple minor issues.”
