Unsalted Vacation on Twin Lake

This spacious home is right on Twin Lake with a large yard and plenty of room to entertain. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with the ability to sleep up to 12 including couch space. There is a dock so you are able to bring or rent a boat/jet ski if desired. We also have a pontoon boat that is available for rent, please contact me separately if you wish to reserve this. We have plenty of extra life jackets. We also have 2 kayaks that are for use. There is plenty of inside and outside seating for meals, as well as a large well equipped kitchen and propane grill outside for use. We provide all the basic needs to make your vacation an enjoyable one.

Host was excellent with communications. Check in and out was a breeze. Great yard and beach area. Neighbors are very friendly as well.The house is set up well with the patio to be outside on the deck. Inside has so much room to utilize. Really enjoyed the stay and would recommend to anyone with a family looking to enjoy the lake.

Fantastic setting, made great memories with all the amenities ( kayaks, lily pad flotation device). Family friendly accommodations but does not accommodate 12, there are beds for 7, three couch recliners and sofa sleeps one (we did not find it to be a sofa sleeper). Great to have the county park right next door. We learned after a full day that we should not drink the water, no signage by faucets just in information binder. Would have helped to know ahead of time about actual beds and water. Wound stay again with this additional information.

Perfect vacation spot. The cottage has plenty of room for a large family, there are so many water activities available (kids never once said they were bored), and the view of the lake is beautiful. This was the first time our entire family vacationed together and it was the most relaxing, fun, chaotic time we have ever had. This was also our first time renting a place through Vrbo and our hosts were easy to communicate with, responded promptly and provided a detailed book of things to do in the area. I would highly recommend renting this property.

Great Stay

My family and I loved this place! Honestly, pictures do not do it justice. The backyard was the selling point. We loved sitting on the deck looking out at the beach and water. Having the opportunity to rent their boat was a major plus as well! We also enjoyed the kayaks that were available in the garage, too. Major pros to this house- they were welcoming to all guests and esp our doggie! The house sits directly next to a public beach and park which has an ice cream shop that is walking distance. It was only a 10 minute ride to Michigan’s Adventures and about 20 minutes to Lake Michigan and downtown Muskegon. The sleeping arrangements may be a little snug if traveling with multiple adults, since two rooms are bunk beds..so suggest bringing blow up mattresses if coming with a larger party. Otherwise, it was a great rental!

Twin Lake Vacay

The house is gorgeous and very well equipped. We had a fantastic time with family and look forward to renting again next year. The hosts were very accommodating to my zillion questions prior to our arrival.

A great place to chill

We had a large group and never felt crowded. The property location is perfect. Great sunsets. Great swimming, boating and just enjoying the site of the lake. The owners were available and great communicators. We have rented in Michigan and Florida for the past three years and this was the best.

Perfect Family Lake House

We stayed at the lake house to celebrate our son’s 8th birthday. He wanted to go to Michigan’s Adventure. The house was amazing for our family. The drive to Michigan Adventure was about 9 minutes so proximity was great for that. The house, lake, and adjacent park made the whole weekend perfect. Twin Lake is a quiet beautiful lake. The kids loved the sandy beach and neighboring park. The house faces west over the lake and gave us awesome views and sunsets. Only regret was not bringing fishing poles, we saw some nice fish right off the end of the dock. We wish we had more time there and will definitely be back!
