“From the exceptional customer service of every one we encountered, to the great hot breakfast (cold is also available if that’s your jam), to the laundry where you can pay with card or Apple Pay (a huge plus), and the impeccably clean room, this stay was first rate all the way! I felt safe the whole time. There is underground parking for when the weather is temperamental. And I honestly felt close to everything. Will definitely stay there again!”

“We recently stayed at Baymont by Wyndham Coeur D’Alene and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The hotel did not feel clean overall. The floors and carpets were dirty, and the room did not appear to be properly maintained before our arrival. We also did not have enough toilet paper or towels in the room, which was inconvenient and frustrating. In addition, the customer service was not very helpful or welcoming when we brought up concerns. We understand hotels can get busy, but basic...

“Before even stepping on to the property- I messaged property about needing a 1st floor room and they kindly helped without hesitating. The property is clean, Breakfast has waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurts, bagels, fruit and more. Pool area smaller than expected but AWESOME HOTEL AND GREAT STAFF!!! Customer Service was Great.
