Parking was a little tight for two trucks and large trailers. Would want to limit count to 6 people. Water has a slight odor. Sleeping arrangements rated “ok”. Trail access is good and general location for sledding is good.

Wha fantastic location and beautiful house. The minute we walked in we were thrilled. Spotless and welcoming. Chocolates greeted us with a personal note from the owner.
